Be aware tax/fees NOT included in final price
unfortunately for me it was a disappointing shopping experience.
- First, despite checking my junk/spam and nbx several time, I didn’t receive the 10% first purchase discount code after registering with with the site.
- At the checkout page the price was in GBP and including shipping the total amounted to £258 - I am well aware the exchange rate fluctuates and may change from the one appearing at the moment of checking out.
On theirbwebsite it is also stated that taxes/fees are now included in the final price (or something similar). This is untrue.
Unfortunately I ended up paying a total of £269.74 which was quite unexpected. I honestly would have considered buying the bag from a UK online boutique which would have guaranteed free shipping and no inflated, unexplained fees/taxes.

Regarding the 10% welcome discount, our records confirm that the welcome email containing the discount code was automatically sent to the email address used during registration on 07/06/2026. We understand that occasionally automated emails may be filtered by spam or junk mail settings. In any case, we also provided the code directly via email after receiving your complaint.
It is also important to note that, as clearly stated in the terms of the promotion, the welcome code is valid only on full-price items and cannot be applied to already discounted products or items marked with a black star. The bag purchased in your order was already discounted and therefore would not have qualified for the welcome discount.
Regarding taxes and duties, we must respectfully clarify that your statement is incorrect. All shipments to the United Kingdom are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, meaning that import duties and taxes are prepaid by us and included in the purchase conditions. In fact, no customs charges, import duties, or additional taxes were requested from you by either customs authorities or the courier upon delivery.
As previously explained via email, the total amount received by us exactly matched the value of your order. The difference between the estimated GBP amount displayed during checkout and the final amount charged in GBP was not retained by us and is attributable solely to currency conversion rates and/or conversion fees applied by the payment provider selected for the transaction.
We provided both the invoice and payment transaction records as evidence of the exact amount received and remain available should you wish to review the matter further.
For this reason, we kindly ask that you reconsider the content of your review, as it does not accurately reflect the transaction, the shipping terms applied to your order, or the amount received by our company.
