Another great service
I’ve previously ordered single-lens glasses from Specs4Less and was really happy with the service, so I decided to try their varifocal sunglasses lenses. Was told that I would receive my order as quickly as possible and again let down. Be careful with this supplier
Ordered some sunglasses 20days ago, first got contacted to say they didn't have the frames I ordered now there asking for photos for PD which I put on the prescription, I only have sight in 1 eye so doesn't really matter.
They emailed which I didn't see you would think they would mail again or call but no they didn't
Not going well so far... I will re review if I finally get the glasses

No quality control
Delivery was less than 3 wks for varifocal lense so was good turn around. Good value for money. However, gave it a 3 as quality control must be non existent. Upon opening for first time I was shocked to see finger smudges, scuff and scratches across the lenses. At first I was worried they were permanent but after a good clean and buff up, the lenses appear fine. Shouldn’t reach the customer in such a poor condition. UPDATE: I’m editing this review from 3-4 stars as following the original disappointment, I today received a call from customer services who were excellent in response. I received and apology and full explanation. I have no doubt that they will carry out feedback to those involved.

Exceptional service
Had an account for a few years now and use the excellent service to upgrade date my eyewear, this time I choose to re glaze an existing frame that the wife didn’t like! So the replaced lense were change for polorid sunglasses the result was spectacular (excuse the pun) the service provided was exceptional with the glasses returned in less than the time specified. The website has a wide range of frames and is easy to navigate. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for. I went for frames only rather than prescription lenses and they arrived within a few days. I'd happily recommend based on my experience.

Advice not to order from here as they make you wait over a month keep saying order will be processed and after over a month get back to you saying we can not make your lenses , so if you want to wait over a month to not get your frames good luck !
