We completely understand your frustration, particularly as it was only one arm that was damaged. However, your previous set was outside of its 1-year warranty period. When we checked with the supplier to see whether a replacement arm or any other spare parts could be sourced, we were advised that the frame had been discontinued and that parts were no longer available.
We contacted you to explain the situation and were awaiting your response before taking any further action. We appreciate that you subsequently chose to place a new order. We’re sorry that we were unable to repair your existing set, but we hope this clarifies the circumstances and the steps we took to try to find a solution.
