The tech was awesome. Fast, professional, informative, and resolved the issue plus upgraded my cable modem. It turned out to be an old connector outside my house that was causing signal loss.
Spectrum internet is terrible
Spectrum internet is terrible. We've had nothing but problems for the last 7 years. We have had modems and cabling replaced numerous times to no avail. We are finally going to try a different provider since it is offered in our area now.

The company truck drove off the edge of the driveway causing damage to the pavers and concrete edging. It must be repaired now and we do not have the ability to repair this. We will have to hire someone.

The technician was on time, very polite, and got straight down to business. He ran into a few problems but worked them out and kept going. He did not leave until the job was complete and made sure my service was running smoothly.

Installer was unprofessional, sighing every 5 minutes. It seemed He was not interested in doing his job. Damaged my wall in such a way that inside running cables were damaged. He could not hook up the boxes properly.
I have had spectrum for 2 years
I have had spectrum for 2 years. Started at paying 56.99 with tax. Price has went up several times. Most recently I got billed for $94.99! I am on auto draft. Never once (even though they say they notify you) did I get notice of my increase. I get “statements” but nothing else. I contacted customer support, as I was wanting to keep the service. The rep was not helpful. She said I can get it for $90.00 a month, but can not lower my rate. This company is absolutely insane. Since the increase I have experienced buffering on Netflix, other streaming services, and had to turn WiFi off on my phone in order for it to do basic things on the internet. That’s not a coincidence. I will be cancelling my service. Getting Verizon for HALF the cost. These people take advantage, and the customer service was one of the worst I have ever encountered. Do better.

The Sales team provided false information with regards to what the new services would cost, and for these reasons I will disconnecting services with spectrum.

Steven, who made the service call is an exemplary Spectrum technician and company representative. He arrived in a timely manner and throughly researched and analyzed the source of our internet disconnect by checking not only our property but on adjacent properties’ external walls, cleaning, adjusting and removing old unneeded wires before checking and replacing our old obsolescent router. His modus operandi is thoroughness and ensures that Spectrum internet service will be fully reliable after the the visit so there will be no need to return due to a secondary issue. We are pleased to have benefited from his technical knowledge and quality and efficiency of work, his work ethic and his courteous demeanor. Please make sure his work is commended.
Unresolved issue after 3 scheduled technician visits
The support line, the technicians and construction crews are completely uncoordinated and have made 0 progress after 10 days. They keep either sending the wrong crew, canceling appointments or telling me lies about the status of work
