Fiber internet service to get excited about

The internet fiber connection and backup system with Spectrum floored me. From the quality of the service, pricing, and the installation. Just wow.
I had Google fiber at my other residence and was quite happy, I did not expect Spectrum to surpass that service, I was wrong. I am incredibly pleased with Spectrum’s fiber service. Thoroughly.

Damion arrived on time, went above and beyond to ensuring our services were back up and running. He also double checked wiring and found an issue that would have led to future issues so in our eyes, he did a great job!

Installer lacked the skill set or…

Installer lacked the skill set or desire to finish the job. I do not have working internet at this time. I have wireless only. I work from home as a technology specialist. All my research data is on my home network and not accessable because of a bad Spectrum install.

Worst services in history

I wanted internet service, cable TV, and a new phone plan, with a new number, because we moved states.
PHONE: They gave me a new phone, and number. But they didn't transfer ANY of my previous info to the new phone. The "one-time verifications" that are required to get into ANY of my accounts were screwed up. It took me over a week to transfer my info from my old phone to my new phone!!!
I was with Cricket Wireless for 8 years prior to switching to this shitty company, and I NEVER had a SINGLE PROBLEM with them. I don't know why I switched. But it is costing me greatly for switching to Spectrum.
CABLE: They offered 15 channels to chose from a bunch of options. We had to watch whatever shows we're on, at a given time. Other than that, it is only streaming ser ices from their "Xumo" box.$60 for hoping that a show comes on that you like, or stream something that you have to pay for. On top of "Spectrum's services. ABSOLUTE HORSESHIT!!!!!!!
INTERNET: $70/month for 1Gig that barely goes 20ft in distance. Assuming that your service is up, and running. Which is about half the time. The other half is paying for service that isn't available. The ABSOLUTE WORST internet company that I have ever dealt with.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE EVERYTHING about Spectrum!!!! Their wait times (in stores). Their inflated prices! If you measure cost to service, you will be STRONGLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!
I have made arrangements to go back to Cricket for my phone, T-mobile for internet. And the price of cable isn't worth it. I'll stick to Tubi, and other apps that make sense.
Worst of all, the customer service from Spectrum is UNBELIEVABLY LACKING COMPETENCE!!!! It is a TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great service

I am very satisfied with all of the services I have with Spectrum, I have Internet, Streaming and Mobile phone and If I happen to have a problem they have always gone above and beyond to fix my problem. Their Service Technicians have always made me feel comfortable having them in my home. I highly recommend Spectrum to everubody.

Excellent service technician

Service technician was on time, arrived right at 4pm which was the start of my service window. He was very thorough, tried different options to fix my issue and resolved it in less than an hour. Best experience I have ever had with an internet service provider.

MY SPECTRUM EXPERIENCE IS VERY HIGH

My experience with Spectrum is very important because they listen to me when I explain the issues that I am dealing with and they are very professional and explains how I can fix the problems I have with my services and how to try and resolve the issue myself and if I am still have issues with it I can call and have a technician come out and help me with fixing it for me

Spectrum Mobile delivers

I'm so excited to have Spectrum Mobile as my provider! Getting free service for a year is a great help, and even after the year is up I'll still be paying less than I did with the old company. I had a few hiccups getting my phone activated, but with help on the online chat things were working great in no time!
