Disappointing visit to Solihull
I was a bit disappointed with the service in Specsavers Solihull. The store was busy, I arrived on time for my appointment but waited 15 minutes to be seen. The first person to test my eyes wasn’t friendly or welcoming, just told me to sit down and took pictures of my eyes, the optician however was very friendly and thorough. Again after this no one assisted me in choosing glasses, what would look good, or any guidance on pricing. It wasn’t until I’d chosen that this was explained by which point I was a bit fed up so chose some glasses I’m not too sure about. Have had much better service in Specsavers Birmingham, which I wish I would have returned too.

I like Specsavers
I like Specsavers. I have been with them for almost four years. When I had a routine eye check in December,I wasn't sent a form to fill out to leave my feedback which I really wanted to leave. As I was seen by a wonderful optometrist/ optician Rukaiya Anwar. I have been seen by her twice and I can't praise her enough. What a wonderful lady she is, how she explains everything to you,and you can see how passionate she is about what she does for a living.
This time I purchased sunglasses with prescription. The lady told me that I could get another pair for free as I bought one pair already which was lovely of her to offer me this as I didn't know that they had this promotion.
Excellent service. Thank you.

When I turned up for my appointment, I was dealt with straight away, and the staff that I met were really friendly and helpful. I’d certainly recommend going to Kenilworth Specsavers

Great experience!
Easy to book online on a Sunday for the same day. All members of the team were very efficient, patient, friendly and answered all questions. Sam who helped me pick my frames was especially helpful!

Efficient customer service
Efficient customer service, knowledgeable staff and the calm professional manner of the optician was reassuring and gave me confidence. Lovely spacious shop and wide choice of frames. Always good deal to buy one get one free. Bit more expensive this year, particularly on the decent critical lenses, however everything is in this economic

Gemma is the best she is the only reason I use specsavers & she deserves a pay rise.
If she wasn’t there I would try to find her or go somewhere else to sort my eyes.
