I had my eyesight prescription as I couldn’t find any I lined at the optician. I saw some Ted Baker frames on Specky Four Eyes I liked and the price was amazing due to a Martin Lewis Code. I’d used them before so knew they were reliable. I uploaded my script and the good thing is it saves it until you add a new one, so easy! So reasonably priced and so reliable plus great service …… no brainer, oh and the specs are lovely 👍

Great choice of frames. I bought two pairs of decent frames with lenses for £40 including delivery. I'm very pleased.

The whole process was very efficient and you are able to speak to customer service when needed. There was no long wait on the phone to speak to customer service. They were very friendly and Professional and dealt with the query immediately. Recommend providing your prescription at the same time as placing the order. They keep you informed of the progress with the order.

Transferring information from my prescription to the online forms wasn’t difficult and the selection of frame styles was great. If you already know what shapes and styles suit you it’s all quite straightforward. I was kept informed of progress throughout the production, checking and dispatching of the glasses. It was all very fast and efficient.

Ordered two pairs of glasses and weeks later was messaged saying they'd cost an extra £29 each!!! Basically double the original price with the discount offer I was using. They referred me to their terms and conditions, which merely states that if your prescription falls outside of a standard one you MAY incur additional charges. It doesn't say an extra £29! That's absurd and if that had been stated at the start, I wouldn't have bothered in the first place. Asked for a refund, which was given but still total rubbish.
