Great service from start to finish. Made sure l got my prescription sunglasses delivered before my holiday.

First pair bought through special promotion, but I am going to order another pair soon. Although I paid extra for bi-focals, they are clearer and sharper than previous prescription glasses purchased through my optician- and a fifth of the price! Very satisfied first purchase.!

I bought a nice looking Barbour glasses from SpeckFourEyes. I have quite a few glasses, however, I recently realised that the prescription views are not right, slightly blurred. All my specticals are OK except this one. My prescriptions is still the same, so an error has been made. I have other glasses from this company which are fine. Sad mistake.

I first heard about Specky Four Eyes when Martin Lewis mentioned on his web site that you could buy a pair of Designer sun glasses (Ted Baker) normally £125 for £37 as part of a special promotion, sounded too good to be true, but I went on SFE web site, there was plenty of choice within this offer, so I ordered my sunglasses of choice, I was absolutely delighted with the design and quality when they arrived less than a week later, I was so happy I told my circle of friends to take advantage of this great offer while it was still on, I love my sunglasses.

A few weeks later I had my eyes tested at at well known Chemist and it was suggested that I buy vari-focal’s although my distance vision is fine, I was hesitant as I only need my glasses for reading or close up work and do not need them to drive, however the varifocal prescription was really pushed to me as a great alternative to my single lens, as I wasn’t sure why, so I said I would think about it, I had tentatively picked out a pair from a low end price band with this chemist and cost for one pair of varifocals would be £240.

The following day I enquired with SFE’s if they could adjust my prescription to just single lens, my enquiry was answered very quickly and I was told no problem just upload prescription which I did, and I then chose two pairs of reading glasses for £72!! I was kept advised throughout my order via my account online with SFE’s, when prescription was checked and signed off, order sent off for lens to be added, every step of the way I was kept updated, and when they arrived, again, I was more than happy with my choice, I chose two different designs and different brands and each pair was superb and both fit perfectly without any need for adjustment.

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending SFE’s to everyone, I have already told all my friends, as I believe SFE’s specs are great value for money and they have superb customer service advisors, and if their lines are busy, leave a message and you will receive a prompt call back, and a very friendly voice on the other end of the phone!

It was so straightforward, great choice and superb value for money, to suit all budgets. I will definitely use SFE’s again in the future.

Ordered 2 pairs of glasses, both fitted well and I could see well too! Pleased with my purchase and a lot cheaper that I could get anywhere else. Kept updated as to the different stages of glazing and then when dispatched.

I ordered a pair of prescription glasses for VDU use. SpeckyFourEyes service was excellent: they kept me informed every step of the way regarding the progress of my order and my glasses arrived in a hard (plastic) case. I am very pleased with my glasses - they are small and neat and so light to wear, a real bargain at £17.00! The mini packet of Love Heart sweets was a lovely extra! I will most definitely return.

i will never use again!! if you want to wait forever these are the guys for you !! they dont tell you they send you glasses first to mark you pupils on then send them back and they told me the technicians had the glasses to glaze 5 days ago and still not shipped ? really?

I have ordered a few pairs of glasses from this service and have always been impressed with the value.

In the most recent instance, I ordered some sunglasses to take on holiday. As the date grew closer, I e-mailed SpeckyFourEyes to try to get a timescale on when I could expect them. I had ordered closer to the date of my departure than I should have but customer service kept me updated on progress and said they would send the glasses special delivery if they got the lenses back from the supplier in time. In the end they arrived in the nick of time thanks to them kindly sending them special delivery at no extra cost.

I was a bit dubious about this company at first as never heard of them, but when I saw sunglasses recommended by money saving expert at a discounted price, I thought, why not? I am not disappointed and the glasses are perfect. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is due to timescales taken, around 4 weeks, but I guess demand was high at this time. Definitely recommend this company and I'll be back! Thank you

I messaged to check on the progress of my order. (A previous order set an expectation that I should get my glasses in much less than the 30 days allowed and I was hopeful to get them before a holiday). The agent allowed me to change the delivery address and expedited delivery to ensure I got them in time.
Great glasses and great service. Will recommend.
