this company should be stopped from dealing with honest people who work hard only to be scammed by these dishonest people i would give them no stars

I wouldn't even rate this company one start but you don't have a choice. Do not order from this company. They say the goods are out of stock when you eventually do not receive anything. Also when they say they are in stock they will send by a certain date and this doesn't happen either. I have asked for a refund and waited 2 weeks and still nothing. How can this company still be trading on line? This is coming up of for 2 months now, how annoying. Wonder if I ever will receive a refund.?

I ordered goods over 100 GBP it took three months for me to recieve them and constant e-mails, I received three in return, caused me alot of stress as I thought I wasnt going to receive anything. there is no feedback on their site so wasnt warned at all. I would not recommend this company. I failed to find anything sospecial about them.

I purchased an item from this company on the 15th June 2011 and after contacting them loads of times they have still failed to honour their contract with me. It seems from the look on some web sites that this is a regular thing they do and send the same emails out to people who have asked for their goods. I would advise anyone to stay clear of sospecial.co.uk and to advise others to do the same thing. I have been in contact with someone called [name removed] who promises the goods will be delivered but never arrive. I have shopped on line for years and can honestly say this is the only company that I have ever had any problems with. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!

I bought he/she mid June and its now 30th Aug and still no product. I have emailed them to find out why I havent rec'd product and they stated they are out of item an will sent it within 5 w/d......still havent rec'd or heard anything yet!

This a dreadful company just shared the same experience as many others. Items not received asked for refund 5 weeks ago only to be fobbed off with exscuse after exscuse. I have now contacted my credit card company to help me to try to recover my money. DO NOT ENTERTAIN THIS COMPANY.

like everyone else i to ordered from this company which was back in June. After sending many emails requesting a refund, the only response i kept getting was the goods are now in stock they can be sent to you in the next 7-14 days repeatedly.. I thought there was no chance of me ever recieving a refund until a friend told me about a chargeback scheme.. You just need to ring your bank, they will put you through to the chargeback for debit and credit cards scheme. they send you out a form to fill in the information such as the company you bought froms name, value of goods etc, then you just return it to the provided address. Your bank will then do the work for your in getting your money back.. I sent my letter back two weeks ago and after looking in my bank statement today the amount has been debited back into my account with thanks to my bank. Hope this may help you all in getting back the money you are owed...

I so wish I had've read this before I wasted my money! I ordered a product in June, I never received it. I contacted so special asking for a refund. [name removed] told me she now had the product and could send it with a free gift. I told her no it was too late (2 months later) and I wanted a refund. She said of course, it will be processed within 7-14 days. It's now day 16! I made contact with her two days ago and have heard nothing. Do yourself a favour and don't go there! What a shabby company who is living off stealing from others!

Like everyone else I ordered goods,they didn't turn up, I chased [name removed] via their online system - the apparently sole employee of the company and keep getting promised goods/reund but nothing! However if you all look at so specials new website it seems the new website only accepts payment through paypal. Sadly I ordered a day before the new site emerged and so paid by debit card. I am guessing the fact you can now only pay by paypal means credit card/debit cards are refusing to work with So Special. so for anyone who paid by Paypal you just need to lodge a complaint with Paypal about So Special. They will take the claim on - I think they give them a month to respond satisfactorily and then you get a refund if no satisfactory response/resolution. If everyone does this and Paypal ends up dropping them as a bad trader they are out of business! It is an absolute disgrace they are still trading when some complaints go back to last year so if you paid by visa file a complaint and likewise with Paypal as its the only way they'll be taken down.

My order never arrived and when I tried to get refunded they wouldn't even reply. £40 wasted!

Same story as everyone else - ordered product over 2 months ago, wasn't sent out of stock etc ansked for refund. Was promised I would get an immediate refund a month ago, nothing! email 5 times a day - still nothing. Any ideas?? Have contacted watchdog, consumer direct and police..............HELP!

I was in touch with [name removed] from customer service. Never got what I ordered - am now waiting for refund on my credit card. They said it takes '7 - 14 days' WHY??? My credit card issuer claimed that they had recieved many complaints about this company.

How can sites like this go on for months and months without penalty.
Google dont seem interested in removing this company from their search engine. So more and more of us get ripped off.
I am switching search engines.

totally unacceptable- paid for eye products for my mum who's suffering from cancer as a 'pick me up'- gutted that have been totally ripped off-
I encourage everyone to contact Consumer Advice too- why isn't more being done to shut them down?

after months of trying to get my product or refund from this company i went through small claims court but surprise surprise the address is bogus i now have someone tracking the ip address to find the real address when i do i will post it on here the address and real telephone number please do not buy from this company

After months of chasing no refund and no goods

Wish I had though to look them up first.... 2 weeks still no delivery however I have had correspondence from them advising my product has been out of stock and will be with me in the next week!!!!! I will have to wait and see.

I have also been ripped off by this so called internet shop!
I paid for eyesential product & received an automated e-mail informing me it was out of stock. So I cancelled the order & requested my refund. Over 4weeks ago, & still no response from the THIEF'S.
I have e-mailed them daily. They are a SCAM SITE.
So if you have also been ripped off by them, Report them to Consumer Direct, Watchdog, & Cardiff Police, The same as I have done.
My bank is now dealing with these THIEF'S.

Sounds like everyone else, ordered 6 weeks ago and nothing arrived. Keep sending emails, days later get a response promising the goods will arrive and then nothing. DO NOT BUY OFF THESE PEOPLE. Will be contacting Consumer Direct
