I found it impossible to use their…

I found it impossible to use their site. I got to a page which said "click continue" but there was no continue button on the page. I went round in circles and kept coming back to this broken link page. Then an advertisement appeared twice on the next page oblitering three quarters of the page. Incredibly frustrating for prospective users and all the people who presumably have provided photos only to find no one can get access to them. Similarly the advertisers will lose custom because no one would want to have anything to do with them because they have got in the way of people trying to use the site.
