The agent Joel was excellent in all respects and merits 5 stars. However I had to speak at some length to 2 previous people with some repetitive questions which took too long and was annoying.

Excellent experience
My car was hit by a third party and sopp sopp reached out to sort the claim the next day. I was helped by Bob who was excellent. Probably one of the most smooth interactions I’ve had with a large company. We were done in minutes. Other businesses should learn - give bob a pay rise now!
