The experience was great and the Sook team were super accommodating. My only feedback would be that the garbage and that the traffic restrictions should be clearer not just hidden in T&C’s.

Amazing assistant from the staff, the Birmingham space was perfect for our photoshoot. The whole process was very simple and attentive to detail. We will definitely be using Sook’s spaces again in the future!

We rented the sook space in Birmingham, it was a great space and we were offered all of the support we needed. I would definitely recommend and use Sook Spaces in the future.

The pop-up space itself is a gem. It's thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need.

We loved being at Sook Spaces for our pre launch shopping event. We booked their South Molton space for a week long pop up and it was absolutely outstanding. The people I interfaced with at Sook especially Janela were super quick to resolve any issues and response time to questions was swift too! Solene and Dawn were amazing as well! Now to the space itself - South Molton was really great for our luxury heritage brand as we enjoyed great foot fall from a great mix of locals and aware tourists that know the West End. We look forward to popping up with Sook Spaces again soon!

The store front is amazing and the team is so helpful getting it set up for you ! We had a really great experience with SOOK on Oxford Street. The staff were incredibly supportive and helped us at every step to make our event as successful as possible. The space itself is great, the displays allow you to customise the space very easily and really bring it to life!

The communication from SOOK was amazing and they have been super accommodating throughout our custom. We have worked with them on multiple occasions now and they have remained agile throughout, adapting to our new approach to each pop-up. Highly recommend.

The Sook team were totally supportive and helpful throughout the process of our 10 day store takeover on Oxford Street.
Enterprise Nation and Adobe Express launched a popup shop featuring 10 small businesses to showcase their wares in May. The whole experience was really positive and the space and support was great. The team were always on hand to help and the induction process was really thorough :)

Such a great experience with Sook! The space was clean and modern, the screens were great to display content for individual sellers and promote ECFS and the supporting charities

As the Creative Director /PM for Lagos London Collective (LLC), I was the one liaising with Sook on behalf of the team. I liked the onboarding process done by Janela from the customer success team and also sharing of the Google folder that has everything we could possibly need before and during the event.

One of the perks of Sook is also being able to pay 20% to secure the space and date while still figuring out all other event logistics, that was a big relief for me and the LLC team, as this meant we could start marketing the event immediately.

Unfortunately, on the day of the actual event, the particular Sook team member to let us in was late and realized we didn't have their direct number. However, once they showed up, they were extremely helpful and stayed till we settled into the place including helping us with Setup, Visual Merchandising, and even signing off on window display. They became an extra member of the LLC team. We had issues with the screen initially, but it was quickly resolved. The screen helped us in establishing our brand identity, especially the two facing the main road, as they played for 48 hours and also lured people into our pop-up.

During the event, when we had issues with certain things, Sook was available over the phone to help sort it out.

We just wished we had more furniture and fittings as we had had more than 4 brands, it would have been a massive struggle. The Shoreditch branch needs more in place, aside that there has been more positive than negative.
