SCAMMERS! I placed a huge order and no shipping, no reply, the phone is not in service and they are NOT a legit company. REPORT these people!!!!!!!!!!

Definitely a scam. Same experience as everyone else. Took my money, never sent the product, and didn’t respond to emails or refund me. Thankfully PayPal refunded me.

An absolute scam. I ordered $288 worth of products on October 23rd. The order never shipped, nor was I refunded. I sent the owner several emails as well as contacting her on Facebook and Instagram, and I didn't receive any replies. I will be contacting the authorities regarding theft, and I strong encourage anyone else who purchased from this "store" to do the same

This company is a scam. Just got my money back from visa finally as I proved they never delivered like they said they did!!
You can never get hold of them. Totally a scam. They should be shut down

Omg this company is robbing people. Won’t respond at all after a month and a half now they want my review after they robbed me of almost 400 hundreds. I’m so livid. No response won’t pick up the phone. This is so screwed up beware of anyone trying to purchase anything from them. They need to be prosecuted they also have a rating of f with the bbb wish I would have looked first. This is a horrible nightmare of which I can’t wake up from please buyer beware

I ordered product Dec 5 and have yet to receive the items, numerous calls emails and IG messages sent and have heard back from no one! Is this place even open. I’ve asked for a refund and radio silence. Someone please report this business!

This company is a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER from them. "Michelle" will take your money and never fulfill your order. Dispute with your credit card company and file a complaint.

This is scam. I have ordered products from them 2 months ago and until it hasn't arrived yet. I have tried calling them but no answer and tried sending them email but then they said they would send me update. I sent them email again and never heard anything from them.

Never received order details or confirmation. Can’t reach anyone. Phone line disconnected. She won’t respond to emails or instagram messages. Now I have to do a charge back. Ridiculous.

This site is a complete scam. Do not purchase skincare online from them. They do not deliver nor do they respond to texts. What business does not have a phone number? They claim to be a spa….

I ordered $300+ worth of products and never got them. They kept telling me their shipment was on its way and then they lied and told
me it had arrived and they were going to ship it the next few days. When I inquired about it they said they had not received the shipment but it was on its way. After a few months of back and forth I did eventually get my refund. Thankfully, I paid through Afterpay and I was able to make a claim.

I will not ever purchase from this company again. Thankfully I received my refund but it sounds like others have not.

I ordered products from Beauty Nook online in February 2024 and still have not recieved anything as of June 2024. I requested a refund in April and was given the run around via email. A refund has not been issued to date and I am out of pocket $157 and change. I recommend potential customers take a look at Beauty Nook's Google reviews before supporting this company that is obviously scamming and stealing from their customers.

If I could give a zero star review I would. Please do not purchase from online store I believe some sort of scam is occurring. For example I ordered two products over 12 weeks ago and still have not received product. I resorted to contacting my credit card company and reporting as fraud ( I was reimbursed) as the company didn’t even respond to my emails inquiring about status of order. If something seems too good to be true ( ie the sale prices) it probably is. I’m writing this because I noticed her google reviews are down and there were dozens and dozens of 1 star reviews detailing similar experiences. Please be warned!

Terrible Experience - Avoid this Online Company at All Costs
This company failed to deliver the products I purchased.
First and foremost, this company's automated responses were nothing short of infuriating. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them and seek resolution, I received generic automated messages and excuses.
To make matters worse, despite their claims of issuing refunds, this company has not done so.
Even though the product I ordered was no longer being manufactured, they continued to post it on their website for sale. They insisted it simply hadn't been shipped to them yet and ask that I be patient. ( I found out it was a discontinued product after placing the order)
I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to think twice. Their inability to fulfill promises, their automated responses, and their refusal to issue refunds are all red flags that should not be ignored. It is clear that their business practices are deceiving and unethical.

In light of this experience, I have taken the necessary steps to initiate a claim and seek compensation through legal avenues. I hope that others who have had similar experiences will hold this company accountable for their actions.

In conclusion, I urge you to steer clear of this online company. Save yourself the frustration and potential financial loss by avoiding this company altogether.

Do not order from here. This company is a scam. I purchased over $330 worth of products and received automated emails saying my package was in queue. It's been a month later, and their website still says my order was never fulfilled. My emails are met with automated responses that are false, saying my order was expedited (it wasn't). I've filed a claim with my bank.

I hate to criticize a small business, but similar to the many other reviewers, my online shopping experience with Beauty Nook was truly disappointing. The deceptive marketing tactics and dishonest communication throughout the process were unacceptable.

I ordered a product on January 9. I sent an email to inquire on the order status after the shipping and handling window had passed on January 31. At that time, it was explained that the supplier shipment had been delayed and that they were hoping to receive the product by the following week. This came as a surprise given there was zero disclosure on the website that this item wasn’t in stock when I ordered it.

After two weeks with no further movement, I requested an order cancellation and refund. I was then informed the product would arrive by the end of the following week if I was willing to wait. Given the lack of transparency and shifting timelines, I said I would like to proceed with the refund. I was assured this would appear on my account in 2-5 business days. When this timeline passed without any sign of the refund, I followed up immediately and haven’t heard a word from Beauty Nook since. I had no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank.

There are so many incredible small businesses that operate with integrity and exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, Beauty Nook isn’t one them.

DO NOT order product from this company! I think there are a scam. I ordered over $400 worth of skincare at the beginning of February, and still nothing. After multiple emails and many excuses, I finally had to launch an investigation with afterpay ( which is how I paid) if that doesn’t work, I will be forced to take legal action.

Do not order from this company. I can see here that my experience with this company is a common one. It has been 3 weeks and they still haven’t even provided me with a shipping notification for an order totaling over $800. I requested a cancellation and now they want to charge me a 5% restocking fee.

This vendor should rebrand to BeautyCrook. As with other real reviews here, this store has taken close to 2 months to send my purchase. When emailing this delinquent of an owner, she responds with very vague messages and pleasantries to only provide more promised timelines that are not met. I ask for a refund and they say I will received in 2-3 business days and then 6 days go by with no refund. Stay away from this horrible shop. If they are not outright crooks then they have no place doing business with their poor business practices. I reported them to the better business bureau and my credit card company.
