Pathetic experience

Pathetic experience, poor streaming quality, bad user interface, untimely adds even during switching language, always buffering and takes away the match experience, either they need to upgrade their data centres or establishments or not bid for cricket live unless.

One star is the last option I would…

One star is the last option I would have rated them in negative.
Worst experience being a premium customer disgusting customer service and no option for support on calls.
I have subscribed this to watch Asia Cup cricket match but unable to watch on TV.
Struggling during India Vs Pakistan match and also India Vs Bangladesh match.
Number of trouble shooting done but no use.
Pathetic Sony liv...waste of money

Worst connectivity

Worst connectivity, so frustrating never could watch india pak match without crashes. Today is more worse. At ever end of a over there is that ugly ramco advertizement which is worst ad i have seen in years, ugly, ugly settings, ugly people and so irritating.

Watching matches on Sony Liv has been the worst experience so far. I always enjoyed it on Jio Hotstar. But on Sony Liv, every time you make a change—like replaying the match or switching commentary language—ads pop up. Sometimes, even during live play, deliveries are missed because of advertisements.

Really poor broadcasting.

Worst experience

Worst experience. The videos are keep on buffering with poor quality even though my internet speed it at more than 300mpbs. Unable to watch Asia cup as the video is being stopped for every 30 seconds.

Are you kidding me

Are you kidding me, Sony?! The live telecast of the India-Pakistan match on Sony Ten 3 is a complete disaster! The screen is pixelated to the point of being unwatchable, and all we get is audio. What's the point of even broadcasting if the video quality is this terrible? Your network needs a serious upgrade, pronto!
The pixelation is unbearable, making it impossible to enjIt's clear that Sony isn't investing enough in its telecast network, resulting in a subpar viewing experience.

plz read this carefully guys

despite my subscription they are not allowing me to watch a web series and forcing me to subcribe again.

WORST IS THAT YOU WILL NOT EVEN NOTICE THAT THE SUBSCRIPTION IS FOR 10 YEARS AND IT GETS AUTOMATICALLY DEDUCTED FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT ON ITS OWN.

Their service is pathetic

Their service is pathetic. Customer service is terrible. I had a subscription for a year which I seldom use due to the poor quality. I tried to cancel the subscription and whenever I tried it says I have no valid subscription. Then they charged my credit card and renewed it automatically. I requested to cancel and refund, they said they canceled but can't refund as they don't have that policy. It is from June 2025 to June 2026. They are bunch of thieves.

Platform with the worst user experience

It's the worst platform that I have ever used.
Unable to sign in to laptop or TV. Once you've signed in on your mobile, SonyLiv won't let you sign in to you laptop or TV. Basically a pointless subscription unless you're happy with watching shows on your mobile phone.

Sonyliv content do not work in US

Sonyliv content does not work in the US. Don’t buy it because they won’t refund your money, although the content is not available to US users. They have zero customer service, and they will steal your money.

Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing experience, the day I took subscription 1.5 month ago, I am not able to login into my laptop. Provided the details Thier technical team asked multiple times but still requesting same details again and again. Technical team is very incompetent and wanted my subscription money refunded.
