Should on website state integrated appliances extra charge rather than just install as I paid then got a phone call to say as it is a integrated appliance cost more so ended up paying an extra 100 pounds on top of what I had already paid for installation and delivery that was after I had already ordered on line then the phone call came a couple of hours after that to explain the extra costs I had to pay

Great service from Sonic Direct! The drivers were very friendly and extremely helpful. They went above and beyond by doing a little extra to help move the fridge, which was so appreciated as my mum is disabled and couldn't move it herself. Thank you!

Arrived on time. Delivery went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct, despite some difficulties re fitting.

Delivery was on the tme they said they put my old one in the garden for me and they was very polite

I needed help to have my dryer lifted down from the top of my existing washer in order to have the new appliance fitted. The drivers helped with this and I couldn't find my stop tap for the water but the delivery drivers found it and turned out of to fit the new machine. All done incredibly patiently and a credit to Sonic for their help

Fast delivery, competitive price. Kept informed of delivery. Took away old washing machine and installed new one. Delivered approximately 36 hours after order.

Ruiz greeted us as soon as we walked in. We were looking for a fridge-freezer. Straight away we were shown the 2 that would fit in our tight space & with his knowledge, he helped us to make the right choice.
He arranged not only the earliest delivery but instructed the driver to make it as hassle-free as possible for us.

I would have given 5stars but because I had to take the delivery myself the driver and his pal would not deliver it to my back door health and safety issues gone mad but Sonic have been good to me so I awarded them 4stars

Excellent service

Had trouble with a microwave bought on a Thursday by Tuesday the door wouldn't open. Took it back expecting it to be replaced but they said Panasonic didn't do that. Rang Panasonic they said take it back because it was only days old I would get a new one.
Problem solved.
