The staff was great, helpful and polite.
But I wanted a gas cooker in stainless steel , particularly the hob part. What I got was a Hotpoint s/s,
Turns out the hob is magnetic and marks easy, I've not come across stainless steel that is magnetic.
Not Sonics fault , but I do feel let down... I will add, I'll be shopping there again for other appliances, but maybe take a magnet with me..

Ordered, contacted by Sonic for a pre-delivery check and to confirm time slot the day after, contacted by the delivery team to give me a 30min arrival time, brought the fridge/freezer in, unboxed, removed waste, and took the old fridge/freezer from outside away. Perfect service from start to finish and will definitely purchase from them again.

Great advice on which TV was best for us ( and it was next to the cheapest ) so it was really unbiased help, no just a sales pitch.

Managed to get an electric clothes dryer £30 cheaper than advertised on other online shops. Easy website to use, picked a delivery day convenient for me, delivered on time. Good communication re delivery as well. Would definitely use again.

I recently purchased a refrigerator on short notice, and Sonic provided an exceptional experience, delivering it the very next day. The delivery drivers, Minde and Stuart, were outstanding. They not only delivered the fridge but also installed it for us, a service they were not obligated to provide. This level of service was excellent, and I highly recommend them.

The reason we purchased our washing machine from Sonic was not only because it was a great deal but also because the member of staff who dealt with us knew her product well and was able to demonstrate it as if it were her own. The two guys who delivered and installed it were very professional and helpful. Great service.

The delivery driver called faisal is a wonderful human being and does his job to the highest standards swiftly smoothly and pleasantly he deserves a pay rise if management is reading this he is an asset to your team he delivered a washing machine and an American fridge freezer swiftly with the upmost care. Naz who works in the shop also is wonderful and helped us choose exactly what we needed and her enthusiasm is thru the roof also hanif the supervisor is also a wonderful person and does his job to a very high standard please promote these individuals further they do the best job for your company and keep your customers extremely happy thanks again guys all the best with your future and I hope you get far in life thankyou kindly

Great service from these guys. Had an issue accepting the half price sound bar with the TV and spoke to Jay on the phone. He sorted it and offered a much quicker delivery date than the one I selected. Turned up on time even better the TV was 300 quid cheaper for the same thing at your high street “sell you an extra contact” when this came with a 5 year warranty. Cracking TV what’s not to like.
