UPDATED REVIEW... Product was supposed to be in stock and delivered within 2-4 working days. Still waiting 2 weeks later with no update on when I can expect delivery.

I would like to update the above...it turns out that it was not Solware who were at fault here, rarher Royal Mail. So apologies to them.

Solware performed the necessary dance with my local RFD. Mole Valley Farmers were less crisp than usual.
Very good.
The options on the order were omitted.
Less good.
The remaining items were posted directly to myself to arrive with alacrity.
More than good.

Quick delivery of pellets and packaging first class. No fears of damaged pellets during transit.

Solware had exactly what I wanted, when other suppliers were out of stock.

I ordered 2 X tins of Pellets and they only sent one. I phoned up and they were very apologetic and sent my missing tin which arrived the following day. Excellent customer service I will definitely use them again.

I brought my autistic daughter (aged 14) over to buy her a first air rifle, the bloke we saw (I believe his name is Carl) was amazing with her and helped her to pick a rifle and set it up for her, I was so impressed, the shop was quite busy but everyone was looked after!

t is not often I write reviews, but when you receive service excellence, then it is worth my time. I have been dealing with Solwars Gun Shop for over 7 years and have always received excellent service and great advice. I purchased yet another Air rifle. Great pricing. I also wanted a scope that was not in stock, no problem. Carl immediately put one on order, took my number and will call me when it arrives. Outstanding service

Would’ve been five I had not a bad experience more of a confusing one ordered a scope and I made a mistake and the guy noticed and phone me pretty much straight away brilliant can’t fault them we sorted it out ordered right one on it’s way got my tracking number 24hr tracked sorted anyway after 5 days of Royal Mail saying sender has shipped but they have not got in yet I emailed saying what’s happening got a response saying they’ve shipped nothing and they don’t make the scope I ordered it was a mistake on the website ok so when were they going tell me that anyway they the asked wether a refund or an alternative i opted for a refund sorted waited bout an hour got confirmation from them refund processed so I then reorder same scope I wanted from another site no problem
A day passes and the scope I ordered from solware turns up so now I have to cancel the order from the other place
So as I stated very confusing experience part good part bad

After a couple of friendly & helpful phone calls to determine that i was getting the gear i wanted, it was ordered after COP on a Thursday, and was delivered to my RFD on AM Saturday.

not sure of exact day but after a purchase from another shop in wakefield because that particular rifle which i wanted was not to be found anywhere in the uk apart from this one in wakefield which turned out to be a sad day for me anyway. after 3 months i was stil an unhappy bunny and hi-tailed down to solware some one and a half hours away for some help.i was chatting to carl and hayden and a gunsmith who was there and does some work for solware.their knowledge of air rifles was unreal after an hour i had traded mine for an airmax krait l.what a result, am more than happy with this rifle in a 177.just shows what talking to the right people does.i had gone from having the hump to now doing cartwheels.thanks again solware.regards.....roger
