Two of the 3 recommended were helpful & with good information. My main reason for phoning was a simple enquiry to find the out of pocket cost of installing the most effective solar panels & batteries after the widely advertised rebates are applied. I then found myself suddenly needing 3 quotes to find the answer!

The one star is for the company, SAE, who were quick, professional, knew what they were talking about & had all bases covered with options & super competitive pricing. Better warranty & someone local I could talk to.
No. 2 responded with a message a hundred miles an hour that I couldn't understand & then ask you to contact via email with pressure overtones.
The 3rd, I've yet to hear from.

Solar market provides best option of suppliers for you, which saves time for costumers trying to search on the internet that leads them to an inappropriate company if they are unlucky. SOLAR MARKET responded to my initial review recently and found somebody who was prepared to let me see the product before purchasing.
So I have given them 5* for following up on my initial review and listening to me and finding a supplier prepared to let me see the systems before installing them.
INITIAL REVIEW December 2023
2 companies contacted me and gave quotes. It seems to be difficult to see the equipment somewhere before buying it. It would be reasonable to expect to see what you are buying before spending several thousand dollars.

Mixed feelings.First company( SAE ) was fantastic
First company( SAE ) was fantastic. Explained all options and gave very important information about all products and their durability. A wonderful first port of call!
The 2nd company was useful.
Final company (Sunboost ) was frustrating in that there was pressure to book an installation based on the initial contact.Customers need time to reflect and consider offers/ quotes when making important decisions.
