Two simple blinds Took weeks to arrive. Also i Had to chase to get a delivery date only to get a tracking number with no estimated delivery date.
Whenthey did finally arrive One of the small plastic pins for setting the spring just pulls out (the end of the pin inside the roller was squashed) it kind of works but lets see how the tenants get on with it.

Great blinds we made a mistake on measuring the blinds and they gave us another set I will definitely be telling my friends and family.

Very good blinds. Happy with everything. Delivery maybe a bit later than I had hoped . But that was what I hoped, the reality was I was given an accurate time frame and the delivery came within that time frame.

Good quality, reasonable price and perfect fit

The service was quick and reliable and the quality for the blinds is very good. I would most definitely use again and recommend to others.

Website was easy enough to use but I had to call as it was not obvious how to choose “spring” mechanism, which I wanted. Also, within an hour of ordering i realised that I had overlooked choosing “reverse” roll and called to change my order. I was told that this would be requested but my order was delivered with “standard” roll. I was surprised, and disappointed, as I had called so quickly and the order was taking several weeks to be processed. If I had been told that the order could not be changed I could have simply cancelled and reordered. The item was very poorly packaged, with the result that the plastic bag containing the brackets etc., had come into contact with the blind during transit and caused a crease on the edge of the blind. I thought the quality of the product did not reflect value for money (in contrast to other roller blinds which I ordered from another company at the same time and which received a five star review from me. All things considered I would not order from this company again and would not recommend.

Very clear instructions for measuring. Bit confusing for fitting of perfect fit roller blinds as it wasn’t very clear how to align the top blind section into the side of the frame - a video clearly showing this would be helpful. Th supplied printed instructions were very faint so quite hard to follow.

The web-site was easy to navigate and contained clear information on the meaning of headings and how to take measurements. The supplied blinds were true to size and fitted perfectly.

Easy to order, high quality, good value for money

The whole process was so easy to follow from start to finish. from filling the required details to delivery. I have used this company several times.

The blinds arrived earlier than originally promised. Everything received was as promised. Because you can match your blinds exactly to your window type, you have confidence it will fit. They fit perfectly and were fairly easy to install once I realised the left side should go on the right side. This is because our pitch is the reverse of the example in the instructions. I recommend you find installation instructions on YouTube. The finished article was excellent. I would recommend.
