I bought a car from SOCO and…
I bought a car from SOCO and unfortunately, it turned out to be a very bad experience. From the moment I drove off, I felt like I was left completely on my own. The service was non-existent—no follow-up, no support, and absolutely no help when issues started appearing.
They promised a guarantee, but when I needed it, it was nowhere to be found. I tried contacting them multiple times, but got no real answers or solutions. It felt like once the sale was made, they stopped caring.
I trusted SOCO to deliver a reliable car and decent customer service, but I received neither. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone looking for peace of mind after a purchase.
