Life saver for sweetitch mare
Bought the summer turn out hood for my mare who developed sweetitch last year. She was rubbing her face raw and wouldn't keep normal face masks on but this has been great. Her face is healing and she seems to tolerate it really well. I chose the summer one instead of the sweet itch one as need to put eye drops in her eyes regularly due to a different health issue and this makes it easier. I've just ordered a 2nd one in the sale

Really great company
Really great company, bought a rug and wasn’t sure on fit, called the company and even FaceTimed to show how the rug fitted. Neither of us were happy so ended up with a custom rug being made.
All through the process they have been really helpful and would definitely recommend.

Sweet itch body rug
Bought usual 6’3” for me chunky dales pony. I have bought this rug before a few years ago. It washes well and give great protection, when used with the hood, for itchy ponies.
Pony lives in the rug 24/7 even when it rains. Dries quickly brilliant rug

Size does not match guide
Size does not match guide. I have pure Arabians that are 14.2 and had to put the 15h size on him. Basically next size up fits the smaller horse. Body massive and too tight on the neck

The product in its self is well made…
The product in its self is well made and sturdy, however I feel that the pony/small pony fit is not so good. I have a 12.0 Welsh B show pony with a fine head. The pony with zip is too big and the small pony no zip is too small. Also I feel that the eye holes are too small, on wearing my pony managed to twist the mask around leaving her partially sighted and being in a field all day was a little stressful. If the mesh eye protection was across the face this issue would have been avoided.

I am sorry to hear that the hood moved. As stated in the product description, as with any product it can move if caught at or if the size is not correct. I would definitely recommend you send photos showing the product on the pony - side view head up and head down PLUS one looking at the pony from the front - so that we can check whether any alterations might improve this.
Make sure you are attaching the velcro strap to the top of your high/full neck rug as this will also add extra security.
With regard to the style, unfortunately we do expect you to be happy with the style before use. If you feel that it will not suit, as with any purchase, we would recommend it is returned before use, for refund.

Ordered my Snuggy hood a couple of weeks ago and received a refund for some of the price because there was a slight delay in delivery and it ran into a sale. I can only apologise for the outrageous charges for shipping.
Seems we had been posting whilst being unaware of the huge hikes in cost.
Unfortunately, we have no option but to pass these overseas shipping costs on to the customer. I am really sorry.
We are in the process of looking for alternative shippers and will of course adjust overseas shipping as and when we can.

I am sorry to see this review - especially in light of us having replied to your last email message at 15.49 on the 4th of August, we have not heard from you since.
You are reporting and photographed a few snapped stitches on the cosmetic seams at the front of the rug. These were emailed to us on August the 4th at 10.48am.
We replied to your message the same day and asked for photos of the rug on your horse, to date we have received no response to this request.
You state here that you have sent photos but these have not been received here or we would have replied and tried to help - as has been the case with the other messages you have sent us. It would have been advisable to contact us directly to check this before leaving a bad review.
You have stated that the rug has been worn, I would therefore suggest that you check the return information carefully. Full terms of business can be found on our website - as were accepted when you initially purchased the rug.
I will copy and send this response via the original order (placed in July - we are still awaiting the return of the legs you requested to return) and also via email to ensure that this is received.
