Gary is my doorstep delivery man and i did not realise if i order online he loses commission which i feel disappointed about as he's a great guy and there should be a way if i order online i can use his ID code, this way he can deliver on my next scheduled visit and save on delivery.

Lack of Communication with Loyal Doorstep Customers
Products are excellent but the customer service is unreliable. Total lack of communication and respect for loyal customers. Been waiting 6 weeks now for a visit. No idea what's going on...tried contacting a customer service rep but he never responded to my voice mail. My former rep left, I wonder why. Something is clearly going on as my friend's mum who has been a customer for years is also having the same problem. Why is no one communicating with us? At the moment I would not recommend.

Ginger snap tea!
Ordered some gifts online and topped the order with my favourite ginger snaps and thought I'd try the ginger snap tea. WOW, it smells like the biscuit and tastes amazing. WELL DONE ringtons blenders. Will be stopping the man on the street soon.

Lovely treat
The goods are really good and very reasonably priced. The only thing downside is if you are sending a gift to someone as I was, I can’t see that there is anywhere you can say who the sender is. I have had a couple of Ringtons hampers delivered and had no clue who had sent them.

Unreliable service. Good biscuits
I found the quality of the tea coffee and biscuits were excellent.
Unfortunately Ringtons don’t offer reliable delivery service. I’ve tried to arrange a visit for 6 weeks later I’m still waiting. 3 different drivers recently, then nothing for weeks. One Driver was disgruntled and left the company.
The other unhelpful.
For this reason I wouldn’t recommend Ringtons. We are now buying Borders Biscuits. Which are excellent value for money. Available from the local cash and carry.

As a young boy recall ringtons tea salesman coming to our home he had all the packets of tea on his arm. Years on am now 70 and still buy.first class service friendly driver who comes to mine quality all round just taste the biscuits
