I made my first ever order and the shop sent one correct item out of 10 items, they left it on my door and I had no receipt or any way to return these unacceptable substitutes as they were already gone.

I reached out to Customer Service and they're about as useful as a chocolate tea pot, I need to contact the shop that got it all wrong in the first place, tell me what the point is in the customer service then especially if the shop aren't even following the snappy shopper rules?

I'll continue sticking to Just Eat groceries orders rather than this, total waste of time and money

Ordered the £2 rolls & bacon deal and a few other bits so I didn’t have to go out later. Order arrived very quickly, all correct. Long dates on the bread and milk which is good. Definitely recommend this service. Shop was NISA Shieldhill Falkirk (Family Shopper) Person who delivered was very friendly & chatty. Thanks ☺️

I have ordered from snappy in hernebay a few times now they are always friendly and professional. Had a few items that were out of stock which they phoned me about and made substitutions.

Great service as always. If something isn't in stock they always phone to arrange substitution. Delivery driver lady is always smiling and friendly and does her best to get to me as quick as possible.

Fantastic service from Snappy Shopper in Herne Bay. The staff are always so helpful and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Ordering is swift. Delivery if quick. Once when I hurt my leg and hand from a fall, the driver packed my shopping into fridge and kitchen cupboards. Love them so much.

Since Premier became available for deliveries, I can't fault snappy shopper. It's speedy, Premier always have what I need & the driver is always very friendly & helpful. Not every shop is alike, some are better than others, but Premier in my local area are outstanding compared to the other outlets available to me & are ALWAYS my first choice on Snappy Shopper. A brilliant idea & what my area needed considering Uber & other delivery networks don't cover my area.

I use the app all the time the shop I get from is Cheynes of Banff they are amazing if there is a problem they do phone and let me know and let me answer if I agree with it, I use it the day 26/11/23 I was amazed they were very quick

Snappy shopper is brilliant I love it if you get a good shop especially it's much cheaper than just eat and deliverroo , wish supermarkets used them because the big companies like just eat and deliverroo put extra money on most item charge you service and delivery which Snappy shopper doesn't they charge the service charge and delivery and that's it just eat and deliverroo shouldn't be allowed to do this they aren't a the shop they are delivery companies out for the money and rip people off adding £'s on mostly every item and they say they price match but they definitely do not, it's ridiculous they are delivery companies not a shop and I'm disabled so I gotta order most things thank you Snappy shopper wish more companies would use you x

Still waiting on delivery over 2hrs called only to be told driver didn't come will be in the next 15-20 mins atrocious

Snappy is super useful - Use it regularly for Hyatts and Clarks Bakery. Ordered yesterday from Clarks and hot food was delivered within 20mins!

My little shop in tilehurst dee rd is brilliant. I've never waited longer than an hour for my shopping. Always friendly staff too

With a few clicks I can order what I need from my local convenience store. This app is a lifesaver for these cold months.

I started using Snappy Shopper during lockdown, it was a time of great stress, and knowing that there was a platform where i can get my Mum & Dad their shopping within 60mins delivered to their house without them needing to go out was a huge relief. Simple things, some days would be some Milk and Bread, other days some Toiletries, weekend newspaper, tasty treats, chocolate etc. It really was an unbelievable service. Since then we have used it weekly delivering to my office, every Monday we get juice and snacks delivered to the office for the team. The team who deliver it from the local store are always super cheery and we have built up a great rapport. Personally we are looking forward to Snappy adding our postcode via one of the local stores so we can get deliveries where we live also, i know its in the pipeline which is great. Overall Snappy is a fantastic offering that really cares about the community it serves. And it allows the stores that use the system to thrive. A Win Win for everyone. Well done team Snappy.

My first experience of Snappy was 5 STAR! Stuck at home because of the rain, I ordered food for the kids, plenty of snacks and alcohol - and it was with me within 30 minutes. BRILLIANT!

Absolutely awful. Waited over 3 hours for a delivery. This doesn't account for time taking ordering on what is a very poorly put together app.

Will not be using again.
