We approached George and the Smart Move team earlier this year when we had a nightmare tenant and the agent were using just couldnt deal with it.They were recommended by our solicitor who didnt do Housing Law and he actually uses Smart Move to manage his properties. The Housing Tribunal forms were all sorted by George and when the eviction called we couldnt have wished for anyone else to be at our side and without him would not have got our property back. We will never use any other agent in future except Smart Move

The Property Portfolio Management Team at Smartmove is very Well Organized, Professional and they make it their business to ensure that my tenants are living in well maintained and legally compliant properties. This results in very little rental arrears and allows me to have a business with very little involvement on a day to day basis, which is perfect as I live all the way in Birmingham, England. Over 12 years, you get to learn who are Good, the Bad and the Ugly. I don't ever want to experience the Bad or the Ugly ever again. I shall continue to use SmartMove for the years ahead & am happy to speak to anybody that has any questions about the importance of their role to me.

I would highly recommend anyone to use smartmove. I didn't have a great experience with my last landlord which made me worried about going with another private landlord estate but they have been great from start to finish and very quick to deal with and everything is done professionally. Smartmove has made my house move enjoyable. Anything that needs done in my flat (which isnt really anything coz there flats are maintained perfectly well)they get back to me within 24hours nothing seems to be a bother to them.. professional, trustworthy, and a pleasure to deal with.. 5/5 stars
