Everything went smoothly from organising visit and the engineer servicing the boiler. This isn’t the first time I’ve used the company and excellent as before.

I contacted Smart Gas to fix a problem with our underfloor heating system. Part of the reason for choosing them was that from their website you can see exactly who you are dealing with. My call was answered promptly and efficiently and the appointment was confirmed immediately after the call by email. I was notified when the engineer was on their way and he completed the job quickly and with no fuss. I would recommend them to others.

Excellent service. Great communication from start to finish. The team that came out to fit our new boiler were both friendly and very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending Smart Gas Solutions and would certainly use them again.

The gas engineer arrived on time to do the landlord safety check. He was polite and friendly. He carried out the job efficiently.

Good communication, quick work, and the problem solved first time!

We've had two lots of work done with Smart Gas over the past month - a new radiator installed and new radiator valves. From booking to completing the job the team were efficient, friendly and the work was done promptly.

Great communication, quick appointment and great work

Both the administration (talking over the phone) and the plumber (who came to the house) give me a good feeling that this is a very reliable company. They sort out the problem, explain what was wrong and how they've fixed it. They tell you what the charge will be in advance and the payment process (by bank transfer, after you're satisfied with the job) is all very transparent (no question of having to find cash immediately). I can see why my neighbours (who recommended Smart Gas Solutions) also use them.

I called SmartGas to replace my boiler and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I was kept informed regarding timing etc, the engineers turned up at exactly on time and explained the whole process. The engineers were extremely professional, efficient and very tidy, even cleaned the floor before leaving. I like that SmartGas came up with an innovative solution to the installation, other companies were looking to build scaffolding, whereas SmartGas rerouted the flue thereby cutting the cost significantly. I honestly doubt I could get a better company, I’m so impressed I’ve taken out their service plan, which is about half the cost of equivalent from a major gas service provider. would recommend SmartGas to anyone needing work done

I was recovering from a hip replacement operation, when the boiler packed in. Smart Gas Solutions gave me an estimate for a replacement and fitted it within a couple of days with no fuss. Great service.

Jamie did a central heating boiler annual service for my 90yr old mother.He arrived on time, was very pleasant and completed the service promptly. He also advised re mums Carbon monoxide monitor which was very old and out of date( who knew!) So thanks Jamie new one now in place. A really good experience and would definitely use again.

No hassle, sorted everything quickly and for a decent price.

The installation was good and follow-up work on the flue was carried out as promised when long ladders became available to complete the external work. However we were very disappointed by the quality of the work for the boxing in of the pipes and that had to be re-done. The second attempt was excellent and just what we had expected. The measure of a good company is how they deal with problems and SmartGas dealt with our issues excellently. We would recommend them to others.
