Of all the estimates that I received from other suppliers, Joe was the only representative that sat down with me and wife and explained the workings of the equipment and what and where he was going to install the house alarm kit and the CCTV equipment. Jo arrived on the day and date as planned and installed the burglar alarm and the CCTV system. What I liked most about Jo was that he was professional in approach, a very honest attitude, customer focused and a big heart. On completion, Jo made sure that I understood the mechanics of the equipment and made sure that I was fully satisfied before leaving the premises. Well Done.....

Joe arrived punctually as promised and installed a burglar alarm system at my house without rushing to complete the job. He made sure I was fully satisfied before leaving and has been available on his phone to answer any questions I have had since then. He is pleasant to deal with, cares about his customers and offers a very competitive price for industry leading products. The burglar alarm works great and I have had no issues. I am confident that Joe will be around to help in case I need any support. 5 stars and a big thumbs up!

Smartech were very professional and Jo knew exactly what he was doing. I was after a Hikvision set up and Jo was able to walk through options, design the final solution and install it. He was diligent enough to run the wires through before our building work commenced and came back to install the cameras after it had completed for a clean and discreet finish to our installation and above all managed to price match an established rival.

Jo is great! Very user friendly, explains all the options clearly and honestly. I got a handful of quotes and of all the people I spoke with he was by far the most approachable and knowledgeable (and most reasonable on price!)

I was moving and wished to take my alarm to the new property. Jo did the work of removing the alarm at the old house and fixed it at the new place. He was very professional, arrived well on time for moving day and patiently waited at times when I was busy with the movers. He was happy to answer all my questions even after he left the premises.
