Good performing product
Lightweight Product, that performs in general quite well. Only the sliders for the filter trays and the side barn doors are difficult to snap in.

Awful experience, great resolution
Awful experience. I bought 3 simple screws for one of the SmallRig cages I own, which are just a few of the several pieces of gear I have from your brand. After perhaps a thousand dollars spent on Smallrig products, I'd really hope to have a better experience buying parts for the first time. Sadly, I was wrong. The screws were sent by DHL Express, and I didn't have any choice regarding shipping methods. Not only was the shipping itself unnecessarily overpriced (almost 3 times the price of the screws themselves), but also, DHL service was awful, super bureaucratic, rude, and took almost a month to finally deliver the package, and charged me 23 euros (!!!) to allow me to have my package, for which shipping I had already paid! Sadly, I wasn't home at the time it arrived, otherwise, I would have sent the screws back. In the end, I had to pay 34 euros and wait almost a month for 3 screws that must have cost 20 cents to be made. In all honesty, I feel robbed.
To make it worse, after contacting DHL, I was informed the invoice sent by SmallRig was completely wrong, it did not reflect what I paid for the product + shipping, and instead was overpriced and did not state shipping costs separately.
EDIT: SmallRig contacted me and solved the situation perfectly. Therefore, I will change my rating from 1 to 4 stars. And their resolution was 5 stars.
