Did't recceive item and was refunded not the whole amount....
The parcel was shipped but DPD sent me the wrong locker code so I didn't receive my item. I emailed and they said I had to pay 5 euro to ship it again. Even though this was not my return or my fault. Then I said, if they didn't want to ship it again I would like a refund. And then the refunded me 8 euros less then the item cost.
If DPD is making a mistake, I should not be the one taking all the cost on me.
