The parcel was shipped but DPD sent me the wrong locker code so I didn't receive my item. I emailed and they said I had to pay 5 euro to ship it again. Even though this was not my return or my fault. Then I said, if they didn't want to ship it again I would like a refund. And then the refunded me 8 euros less then the item cost.

If DPD is making a mistake, I should not be the one taking all the cost on me.

buying at the slipperswebshop was fast, secure and easy.. I would buy again... the only suggestion would be to allow us to add a back up address... I would prefer to have a froend receive my package than to bother my neighboors...

You'll get order confirmation email, but not any information about delivery. 2 weeks has passed from order, no products delivered and shop is not answering my emails.

EDIT: After adding trustpilot review I did get contact with the shop and they refund my purchase pretty quickly. I guess order wasn't sent or was sent to wrong address. Anyways I didn't get my shoes, but no harm done as money was refunded.

Fast and economic shipment, items as described at a good price. As a plus, they attach to the shipment, inside the box with the products, the documentation to ship back for the return, just in case.
... and a greeting card and a candy included in the box because it's Christmas time, so cute.

I ordered a pair of Havaianas for a friend and received it very fast! The product was just like in the picture and I even got a cute key holder with the minuature of a havaianas!!! :) SOOOO CUTE!
