The sizing is way off. I feel like it's pulling whenever i move my arms.

It's decent for layering, but on its own it doesn't look good as I hoped.

Worst, absolute WORST company I have ever done business with. DALOVA IS A FRAUD. They claim to be based in Kansas and provide wool and cashmere clothes. LIES!! They claim everything is on sale (your first red flag) to get you to buy more. In reality, the clothes are worse than Temu and ship from China, not the US, which takes over a month and they ignore your requests for a refund. Once the clothes do arrive they are made of 100% acrylic. I have lost all respect for this company and have lost literal sleep over this situation, all because I needed a wool winter coat, which I never used because the final product was horrendous. STAY AWAY. You have been warned.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT do business with this company. Ordered a large Ashford sweater and received what looks like a triple X in size. Wrote the company and they said they would replace the item with the correct size on 1/18/26 and after repeated attempts to contact, nothing but crickets. You've been warned.

I placed my order with Delova for some shoes in late Dec. I go the shoes, but noticed my account had 3 different charges for a total of $298. The shoes I ordered were only $60. I tried to get to Customer Service but was directed to an email to tell them about my problem. Their first response was an apolpgy, but it had no infomation on my getting a rebate, I wrote them back demanding a refund, There response was to give me shipping information my order.

The prices were insanely good and the quality of the clothing was excellent.
Each item was received as pictured and described.

Most of them I gifted to my sisters in South Africa. I cannot wait to order again once I've given birth.

I highly recommend buying from Dalova.

They have a wide choice of items so that everyone can find what they are looking for easily.
Mine are the colorful suit sets they sell, by the way I own them all. 😵‍💫

So to sum up my experience, I find this shop just incredible, the shipments are fast with packages that are just neat and so cute and above all a team that listens to us, does everything to offer us what we want to see and is above all really adorable !!!
