Robert was a good representative and he worked really hard to get me a ticket to somewhat fit my needs after I purchased a ticket online their site without getting a choice to choose blue basic, Blue or blue extra. Basically it was after the purchase this made known that I cannot take any form of luggage. Therefore, credit to Robert for helping but I would never use them again.

Preston and Wayne were great. Polite, patient and very knowledgeable. Preston was amazing. Indeed, he was the best customer service rep I have ever dealt with are there have been many. At 68 with limited knowledge of computers and online booking and paying, he spent 45 minutes walking me carefully and patiently through all the steps !!!!!! He saved me from making a error in my original booking which would have led to a disaster for our upcoming trip. Finally, he saved us $400 in the process. Please make sure they get this message and give them a big bonus and promotion. I rarely fill out such customer service rating and I only take the time to write such a detailed message in exceptional circumstances. Rich Taylor.

Kim did a great job helping me and also ms Emily. I’m military and this is my first time purchasing and booking a flight at the best price my wife and mother usually does it but I needed to book them early so I wouldn’t have to later.
