Changed my flight for one with a shorter flight time and more baggage, they told me to do so I would need to book a whole new flight and they would refund me for the first. Never got the refund in spite of many many calls. Every call was told I would get the refund in the next two days and it never arrived. Am now trying to get the refund through the credit card. Avoid this company at all cost!

i’ve been nervous about my flight tomorrow because I wanna make sure everything is done right and included and Charlotte help me out with everything she checked to make sure my TSA pre-check was there. Due to circumstances beyond my control it was necessary for me to cancel a reservation immediately after it was confirmed. I was stressed and upset and had difficulty communicating. An agent named Charlotte was most helpful. She was patient, considerate, respectful and capable. She helped me through the process very efficiently. I was most impressed
