Would Never Use Skylux Again
I have always felt that a true testament of company is how they handle problems in the face of adversity. If you have a problem with your flight SkyLux is horrible.
When I booked the my flight for August in 2026, back in December my representative answered promptly and always called me back. The day I was leaving for Amsterdam my flight was canceled. Called Skylux to rectify the problem and waited on hold for an hour. When I finally got a hold of an employee and explained my situation. They hung up. Called back and after an hour a support employee shared that they needed to escalate the issue to a their emergency department and after 9 hours they have never responded.
I would never use this company again. I would encourage others to do the same.

We just finished with Berg - Top Tier service
We just finished with Berg. He was by far the best interaction I have had in an flight service communication (and others were ok). Berg speaks very clearly for my older ears and hearing. Explained things as needed sometime a few times. Walked me through the process....AND was the only person/company that integrated the arrive early Hotel to give us the rest time AND save us from delays panic. We really can't overstate how confident and comfortable we are with working with Berg. And out complements to Skylux web pages, and web page booking/payment process. Sure a lot of add on's to go through - but while I did not pick any - it was well displayed and described. (we just should not need them and do not travel regularly).
