Sky broadband, Only had it a couple of months had them out three times first guy who installed very good guy could not fault him. I told him I had security cameras so I needed it to be a good WiFi he told me it was but to be on the save side I could buy a thing you plug into electric for £4 a month I asked can I just buy outright, and I said I should be supplied with it for free but I was told I get priority if I need a engineer. I should have declined it because it’s neither use for nothing.
I had another engineer he put another thing for the electric did not make any difference so I rang sky again and they sent another he tested the system thoroughly and said it was working perfect but he put another thing for the electric again useless. I have to go into the room with broadband box is install to get my phone to get Wi-Fi the only to get it on my phone. Trying to watch boxing on my television and all night it has been stopping and the blue circles and cut the boxing off so I was missing fights that I have been waiting to see for months.
I am paying for a service that is complete rubbish, I have no problems with staff they are all very polite but after being on the phone for a total of over 6hours I’ve had enough of this nonsense company. This has been happening since January until now…..

I have to give credit to Sky! I switched from an expensive provider that charged me for a phone I never used. They offered me a deal: just £20 a month for broadband, although I was a bit disappointed to get a black router instead of the cute white one from the ads. But hey, it works like a charm! Setting it up was surprisingly easy—especially at 70! I got both my TVs talking to each other. Who knew getting good internet could be this simple? 🎉
Proper customer service and an excellent product. Reliable connection, good speed, low latency. This has completely changed our business. Really, pleased. And.. we can talk to a human being should we have any questions. No need to deal with the goons at BT anymore!! Very Highly Recommended
Have been more than a year and not other options, if you would like to constantly broken connections, very very less than contract speed,sometimes 2-3mbps,and many more connection problems even if next to the router, this is the right place.

Broadband is never to speed. It does not support many devices. Cannot adjust or connect locally to the router. Constantly informing Skylight broadband and they have never once made contact. In short, they provide absolutely no support. I have sent numerous emails and logged numerous issues but just ignored. I keep having to tether to my mobile phone EE line to get internet.

From booking the installation to actual fitting the staff could not have been more helpful. Our signal jumped from between 10 to 18Mbps to 116 Mbps download and 36 Mbps upload. The engineers were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this system
I live in rural area with very bad broad service, so bad in fact that as I had 3 systems in the property, I realise that they may have been interrupting each other however having one system was not an option as I work from home quite a lot and use teams all the time.
Also the signal would not reach every room in the house and especially in to the Garage which I needed. I got in touch which Skylight broadband and Andy came to undertake a survey on my property. I did have Skylight broadband as one of the systems but it seemed only ever to be in the front room where the router was.
Andy came round and undertook the survey and said I could have strong wifi signal throughout my property even in my garage and he would set this up for me.
It has been 3 weeks since the system has been installed and I have to say that I have great signal throughout my property even the garage with out any drop outs so far which has surprised me knowing what wifi is like around here but so far so good, as well as having good wifi throughout my property I can start to cancel other systems which I have in place as they are not needed anymore.
I am very happy with the system and the service received from Skylight broadband.

Having lived in a rural area for the last 18 months my Internet service had been dreadful with downloads speeds of between 2-3 mbps, quite frankly I was losing the will to live. Buffering and freezing would mean a 30 min programme would take 2 hours to watch. From a chance meeting at a petrol station I discovered Skylight Broadband, and within two days they had been round, surveyed and installed my new service. No long calls to several people in Mumbai, just quick, efficient local service.
Immediately I was getting 50mbps+ and I almost can't believe it.
I'm convinced their vehicle was a Dolorean disguised as a van as I feel I have been bumped back to the future and I'm now back in century 21.
Thankyou Steve, Andrew and everybody else at Skylight Broadband you have saved my sanity.
I would recommend this company wholeheartedly.

Skylight installed their new Govt sponsored system. Easy install - less than half a day in appalling weather. An antenna mounted outside and new router.They advertise 100 mbps - I consistently get between 100mbps and 125 mbps. No buffering and the internet has improved immeasurably - like greased lightning and no drop outs. The Engineers/ Fitters were very efficient and couldn't be more helpful. I can't recommend the company and their service highly enough.
Very happy with the outcome of the broadband installation. It looked as if it would be almost impossible but the two engineers managed to find one site which found a good signal.
Andy was incredible helpful and made the whole process so easy. With previous comments regarding how remote our home is, I wasn’t 100% hopeful for a successful process but the results are beyond our expectations!

I found Skylight Broadband to be friendly, helpful and efficient.
They were not all "pushy" and dealt with any queries I had effectively without making me feel inadequate.
I have not had to get any help since the installation, but I anticipate that their customer service will be first class.
Skylight were easy to communicate with with, proactive and the whole process was quick and professional, we are delighted with the new Internet speed, amazed.
Due to having very poor Internet with other broadband suppliers I contacted skylight.
They were brilliant and installed broadband that was as fast as my sons connection in central London.
I can't recommend them highly enough they can help homes in the most remote parts of the South Hams areas that other companies can't.
