Goods never arrived
I ordered a replica skull from this company last year for Christmas but it never arrived. They took the money and emailed me to confirm my address but Christmas came and went and no sign of it. I made two or three phone calls to the company and the response was really unhelpful. At first they claimed to have sent it, then it was "lost in the post" then they finally admitted that they hadn't sent it because my email address "looked suspicious" (my email address is just my name so not sure what's suspicious about that!). In the end I had to resort to threatening legal action to get my money back. It did eventually arrive - by cheque though, not back to my card like you'd expect from a proper business. What really annoyed me was the attitude of the owner who behaved through the whole thing like it was somehow my fault!
