Beware of the non-refundable service fee of 20 EUR for a ticket, which you will lose even if the airline cancels your flight.

Offering fraudulent car rentals, unable to provide any assistance in case of problems. Car rental with GreenMotion costed around 600 EUR instead of the original 150.

Always a good experience, even though their prices are a little too high. But the level of service from Pelikan.cz are pretty good. Much better than e.g. Flugladen which is very bad. Pelikan.cz can only be recommended.

WARNING - In case of cancellation of your flight, they charged you with more than 20 EUR even when the airline returns the full amount.

rebooking is as expensive as buying new ticket, fees, fees, fees, .... terrible communication.

I have been in touch with them via mail to try to resolve my problem and they ignore me, they don't care about solving my problem, they only try to look nice on facebook fan page but in reality they don't answer mails. Be careful because the discounts they offer might end up being more expensive with the attention they put to customers.

Pelikan sold me a flight, they wrote in English when the transaction was a purchase, however they contacted me days later in CZECH to communicate that the airline changed my flight to an early departure, when I was already on holidays in Mexico (without a computer hence without a translator ) . I said I can't do it at the IMPOSED time and I expressed my wish for a new date but they refused a change to my desired date, even after I was willing to pay.
I tried to make it on time to the imposed schedule but surprisingly they didn't mention that my airfrance flight will be served in a desk from a different airline... which was in a different Terminal.

The result is that I have lost the flight, customer service takes AGES in replying a, I have to pay for a new flight, and Pelikan.cz is not giving any compensation for the flight nor for the expenses that my stay in a foreign country generates because of their incompetence.
