I went on training at Peterborough branch with Kevin Needham , he is fabulous and really encouraging students to participate at all stages.

I recently completed the blended Paediatric First Aid training with St John Ambulance and had an excellent experience from start to finish.
The online learning I completed beforehand was easy to access, well organised and very clear to understand. The joining instructions for both the e-learning and the in-person training day were straightforward and made everything easy to prepare for.
I thoroughly enjoyed the in-person training day in Birmingham with Hina. She was an engaging instructor who made the session interactive, practical and enjoyable. The hands-on activities really helped to build my confidence and understanding.
I would highly recommend this training to anyone who needs a first aid qualification. It was informative, well delivered and a genuinely enjoyable learning experience.

The location of the Stockport centre was perfect, nice large facility with ample parking, rooms where decent and the trainer i had (Marion) was excellent and he was very knowledgeable.

I was on a refresher course with Debi and Kate were very good at reminding us of what we need to do and very knowledgeable the 2 days I spent on the course was very enjoyable

Very well organized course and professional teaching

Another great training course courtesy of St Johns Ambulance. This was a refresher but it was good to note that the style of the course has been updated since the last one. As always a varied mix of participants leading to different viewpoints and interesting discussions. I think this time there was a greater emphasis on self care (which is what I was hoping for) along with the care of others. A perfect space to be open and honest and everyone was encouraged to participate as fully, or not, as they were comfortable with. As always the training was excellent.

Staff was knowledgeable, experienced, professional and very friendly. Facilities were really good, location as well suited me really vell.

The initial setting of the atmosphere is important as most people didn't know each other. That worked well.

The instructors were great. Very clear, engaging and did a tremendous job in a very hot room. Came away feeling so much more confident in first aid techniques. Very useful.

Karl in Hull gave our first aid coarse and he made it enjoyable and educational, a few new bits in the coarse which were good to know about now as not previously in my last visit three years ago.
