Very well presented and interactive training.

Excellent training. I did the blended first aid at work course, and thought it was really helpful to be able to complete the theory side of the course in my own time. Our in-person trainer was also excellent and the course was fun and informative.

Great mix of traditional guided learning and practical exercises. This is the fourth SJA first aid at work course I've attended and all the trainers are excellent: informative, friendly, and all of them able to explain/show clearly what they're teaching. The course always leaves me feeling better equipped to help should the situation arise. Highly recommended.

The instructor was extremely thorough throughout the training. Although there was a lot of information to cover over the three days, the course was very well organised and delivered in a way that made it easy to follow. All topics were covered in detail, and the overall service was excellent from start to finish. I would highly recommend this course to anyone within a company looking to develop their skills and knowledge

I recently completed the 3 day First Aid at Work course with St John Ambulance and came away feeling much more confident in my ability to respond in an emergency.

The trainer was knowledgeable, approachable and made what could have been a very intensive course both engaging and enjoyable. There was a good balance of practical exercises and theory, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and practise techniques in realistic scenarios.

The pace was well managed and the trainer took the time to make sure everyone understood the content before moving on. I particularly appreciated that the emphasis was on building confidence as well as competence, rather than simply teaching us to pass the assessment.

The facilities, course materials and organisation were all excellent and I would happily recommend St John Ambulance to anyone looking for high quality first aid training, whether for work or personal development.

The First Aid training I attended at St John Ambulance in Milton Keynes was very detailed, engaging and well structured. The course content was great and covered everything. The Tutor had good approach, calm and was great in helping everyone feel at ease to bond quickly despite meeting ourselves for the first time. Great facility and a hospitable environment.

We had 3 facilitators /tutors kim? Paul and Lynsey? who were extremely engaging and put loads of effort into how they presented. They made me feel welcomed and fully supported throughout. The experience was memorable for me. They accommodated us all well. It was much better than I anticipated and all the other learners were more engaged than the first course I did with the British Red Cross.

I recently attended the First Aid at Work Refresher course and found it to be excellent. The instructor was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, creating a friendly and relaxed atmosphere that made learning enjoyable. There was a great balance of theory and hands-on practice, which helped build confidence in the practical skills. The trainer encouraged questions throughout the course and took the time to answer them thoroughly, ensuring everyone understood the material. I would highly recommend this course to anyone needing to refresh their first aid skills.

Great course, knowledgeable trainer

Our instructor (Paula) in Cambridge had amazing knowledge. She explained everything so well and answered all our questions with great enthusiasm. We were very well looked after throughout the days course. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Lovely teacher, really welcoming. The course and what you learnt in a day was amazing. Really well planned out.

Trainer was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.
The course covered many aspects of mental health and how to deal with various situations.
We were informed of the many organisations that are available to help with mental health conditions and how to contact them.

The instructor Margret Betts was so friendly, warm and funny character which made the course on a Friday go very quickly. Very informative and clear instructions and practical advise was easier to follow. She supported everyone on the course on the day. Plenty of resources so there was no waiting around.

The course was comprehensive, engaging and very practical.

The app that comes with the course makes navigating first aid issues and the necessary response so much easier
