Terrible customer support. Received a damaged chair and was promised a warranty replacement more than a year ago. After that, it was one delay after another and followed by long periods of silence. Finally, Keshia Pedegloria responded asking for shipping address confirmation. Then said would confirm shipping details and fee. Now, it has been more than a month and despite a couple of follow-up emails, it is another period of silence.

"I backed the Campster 2 project on Kickstarter years ago with $199.00, but I never received my reward. Despite multiple follow-ups and even an intervention through Kickstarter, the company failed to deliver.

I will never order anything from Sitpack.dk again and can only warn others to be extremely cautious. The communication with Sitpack is completely one-sided and unprofessional. Save your money and look elsewhere."

Particpated in a kickstarter campaign for the Zen X foldable seat. The reward/product was promised to be delivered in January 2025. I am writing this review in March 2026 and still haven't received it nor any information regarding the delay or answers to my inquiries.

After supporting the company on Kickstarter to develop the Campster II, they never sent the promised chair. This was scheduled to be delivered in 2023, mind you, we now have 2026 and the chair is being sold on their website for a long time. When I reach out to them, they always answer with something along the lines of "sorry, we didn't receive a tracking update yet". Any company with decent customer survey would have handled this case, quite literally, years ago. I can excuse some difficulties with scaling logistics for a while, but around 3 years is a little excessive. Shame, the concept looked nice. While this may just be a customer service or management issue, I cannot exclude the possibility of being an outright scam anymore, particularly seeing the numerous similar experiences.

I've been waiting since Jan'25 for my "reward" of a Sitpack Zen X Aluminum. This item has been available for sale to the general public for several months now but I have not received mine. I've messaged a few times and had one reply in Nov '25 and nothing since. This timeline is unacceptable considering the product is obviously available to ship. Reviewing comments in the Kickstarter campaign this is a very common experience.

Kickstarter Zen X stool only arrived months late when I'd tried a chargeback. The actual item is junk - the cords slipped through at the bottom and then tore out of the seat at the top. It collapsed the first times I tried to set it up and now is broken.

Posted a review, customer service say 'send us a video' then nothing (and my review isn't on their site).

I actually really like my campster 2 chair, I think it really great! And to start with the customer support was really great because I ordered two orange chairs but the didn’t have that, so Jonas promised me he would send two orange chairs whenever they got them in stock again. We talked about this long over email, but when they got them in stock again, he stopped replying. So I’m trying to reach him here?

DO NOT BACK THIS COMPANY!!! Like many others I backed their Campster 2 kickstarter, paid for shipping in August 2023 and am still waiting for my chair, in the year 2026.

They've stopped bothering to even pretend to care about fulfilling orders now, I have 30+ emails to/from their support and all they tell me is that they'll give me the tracking number when it's ready. I asked for an update 5 months ago and they haven't even bothered to give me the default line - nothing.

Look at the most recent comments (Not the ones at the very top) on their past kickstarters - you'll see a pattern.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I backed the Kickstarter for the Campster chair a few years back and received nothing. At the start of last year, after enquiries, I was assured "they" were just "waiting on a tracking number" (from who or where? This was not very clear). Every 3 months or so throughout last year I would check by email to see if this tracking number had come through. "No, still waiting on this". Several years of patience and nothing. The company can not be trusted so my advice is to beware of doing business with them.

Over a year overdue shipping, and very little feedback or acknowledgement! I backed a campaign on Kickstarter in Sept 2024 - it posted that estimated delivery would be Jan 2025. Here it is, Jan 2026 and still no word if when or whether these units are shipping. Latest comment said -- "dont worry, they will ship when we get shipments out." Give me a break.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. These guys can't be trusted. Pledged for one of their products more tihan a year ago, still nothing and no updates on their part. Avoid at all costs.

Like many others have stated already, I am a backer that paid money (and also expedited shipping) to this company years ago for a product that I never received. Every email I have received from them talks about delays and how sorry they are but tells me the product will be there "very soon".

This has been going on for years now!

## BEWARE SCAM ## This company took $300k from backers on a carbon seat and never delivered, they shipped a few most of which broke then stopped replying all while still selling on their own store. They are criminals who seem fine with stealing $300k from people who tried to support them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, Scammers!!!!!!

I am speechless with this company and how Jonas and the team appear to have scammed many backer including me. I have been a supporter from the beginning.

I was sent a sample of the Zen X to test out and it was not ready as there were issue with parts falling off, I could not sit on the sitpak as I kept sliding off the seat and also the rubber bottom kept sliding on the floor. I gave my feedback and he said the issues will be corrected. He also said not to fully extend the pole. I thought that was very strange. The initial unit sent to me was too dangerous to sit on.

Fast forward to today, I had asked what happened to my unit as I never received it. He kept emailing a Julie and me to ask Julie to send me a unit. She never responded to Jonas. I follow up asking Jonas what is the status. He did not respond and I again told him to please let me know and finally did respond last week that that one would be shipped by this past Monday. I have not received a tracking # and have asked for it a couple of time and he is not responding. I asked for a refund and no response.

It is a shame that people like Jonas run their business like this with and now he and this company will be remembered for what appears to be scamming backers from getting what they paid for.

I feel compelled to share my experience so others don’t go through the same frustration. I backed the Sitpack Campster 2 chair YEARS ago on Kickstarter (order #7799) and paid in full, but I still haven’t received my chair—or even tracking information! Despite repeated emails, all I’ve gotten are empty apologies and endless marketing for their new products, while my original order remains unfulfilled.
To make matters worse, Sitpack is now selling on Amazon, pushing out new models, but can’t even deliver to their earliest supporters. Customer service has been completely unresponsive—I’ve written multiple times and never received a real answer or solution.
Bottom line: I absolutely do not recommend ordering from Sitpack or backing their projects. If you value your money and time, look elsewhere. If you’ve had similar issues, you’re not alone!

After you send the money they start ghosting you, I hope it's because Jonas is already in Prison. When I ask for my money back he said "We're sorry, but we do not offer refunds at this time."

Back the Zen X Seat. Shipping was initially put at January 2025. Many months and a few updates talking about delays with testing and prototypes, then problems shipping and the last update through Kickstarter was in August 2025. A large portion of backers have taken there to complain. Many of us about not getting our product and the lack of updates from the company, but those that come in from folks that have received are overwhelmingly about a poorly designed product that fails normal usage.

They are also advertising and supposedly shipping the same product from their website, which is against Kickstarter rules.

Please avoid this company.

My review is like many others. I backed them almost 3 years ago. I've gone back and forth with them quite a few times with them basically saying: "Just wait longer."

I don't feel that I'll ever receive the chairs. I think I have been very patient, but my patience is at an end.
