Very profesional, friendly and efficient!

The whole team at Sitewizard are faultless. After a terrible experience with a previous website build company, Sitewizard explained to me what they could do at a fraction of the cost I was previously charged. Jo kept me up to date throughout the build, explained how they can continue to assist once the site was launched and I now feel very comfortable myself and my business are in safe hands when it comes to ongoing support. I would highly recommend Sitewizard to anyone looking to launch a website or who needs SEO management.

Sitewizard are just what you hope for: they are big enough to have the expertise but small enough to be responsive and take a personal interest.They have standardised procedure but can also do the bespoke stuff. And they have upfront pricing: it’s reasonable, you know what you’ll be charged, everything is above-board.

We are an aesthetic-led brand, so this was relevant for our website: we wanted the technicals in place (it needed to excel as a sales platform) but we also wanted it to showcase our products (our artworks). So the website needed to be as nice as the purchases. And this is what we’ve got. We know this because we are always being complimented on the site. People choose to buy because they like it. I had been a customer of Sitewizard for 16 years.
I had been challenging controversial Public Safety issues on my website ashcroftair.co.uk.
Members of the Cheshire Flyers and Lancashire Aero Club were publicly attacking myself and my wife using social media and by email, copying false, vulgar and vexatious correspondence to multiple recipients.
I was subsequently contacted by Sitewizard's Director [Adrian Reeves] on 31 Oct 2023 to ask me to remove some content and [significantly] he gave me 48 hours to do so.
I replied in a polite manner and because of the importance of the matter I posted my reply on my website .. within 3 hours.
I have attached this email to this review for scrutiny.
Mr Reeves immediately took the 'hump' and 'pulled the plug' on my Public Safety website without any notice and well within the 48 hour time frame.
I explained to Mr Reeves that if people died as the result of his actions then I would send the Coroner a Witness Statement mentioning his involvement.
Sitewizard customers beware of the draconian measures used by Mr Reeves.

What a team and company!! I am absolutely THRILLED that my company has been able to partner so efficiently with Sitewizard. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this so-called "SEO" company, and it was an absolute disaster. They promised to improve our online presence and bring in more clients, but all they did was drain our bank account. It's like throwing money into a black hole.
Their manager, George Morson, is a master of deception. He lied to us repeatedly, pretending he was working on our SEO when, in reality, he was doing nothing. Our earnings plummeted, and potential clients vanished into thin air.
Avoid this company like the plague. They will gladly take your money and leave you with empty promises and a severe loss of earnings. It's clear that their only skill is in the art of deception. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable SEO service elsewhere.

The Sitewizard team initially discussed my request with me at some length to ascertain what I wanted and what was possible.
Once the design process was underway Jasmine D and the team kept me updated with progress and were happy to make all the necessary changes in a timely and efficient manner.
