Sitebox Ltd Reviews 

Beware of 'Sitebox Ltd UK   misrepresentation & misleading claims on their website. The reason being they claimed to have 50 Hyundai power washers in stock and next day delivery  if you place order before 2pm which I did  the 15th in my case , (because  I placed the order at 10.30am on the 14th)and I desperately had to finish a landscaping job. The truth of the matter is they forward the order to Hyundai UK main distributor a company called 'Genpower' who hold the stock and arrange delivery. So 'Sitebox doesn't hold 50 in sock or have any control over delivery which they claim on their website, so they are not to be trusted possibly with anything else. In my case the washer was delivered 4 DAYS LATER ONTHE 18TH at 4,30pm by DPD.
DPD had previously warned me (when I contacted them on the 15th to ask about my delivery), they had only received  the order from 'Genpower but not received the parcel to be delivered, and would be now the 18th at the earliest very disappointing , because I placed the order in good faith  believing that the claims  'Sitebox made on their website.
Finally, after what DPD had informed me, I complained to 'Sitebox on the 15th and claimed compensation for their misleading claims on their website, no joy there.
Attached their replies below which proves, all that I have discovered   about the 'Sitebox website claim about holding 50 in stock, also it's a lie when they use the word Manufacturers in their reply, when it is actually the distributers 'Genpower they contacted :

 I have now heard back from the manufacturer , and unfortunately they were running on a delay yesterday in processing orders and did not let us know. Due to this, your order has dispatched today for delivery Monday via DPD – 15504233359488
I am afraid we are unable to offer compensation to you, and I am sorry this will not be to your request or satisfaction on this occasion.
Update 22/5/2025
Sitebox has responded to my review (above) cleary stating that they don't actually hold stock them selves ,so why don't make that clear on the website also next day delivery means next day, to most people which was in my case was on Friday the 15th having ordered before the 2pm deadline on the 14th. So saying we don't deliver weekends they should make the clear on the website site resulting therfore in them claiming it was only 1 day late, what that got to do with it in my case . Again like
their website their reply that was misleading/dishonest / , IT WAS 4 DAYS LATE , 'you can't kid a kidder'

Easy to order, very fast delivery, couldn’t fault this company. Will defo be using again for future orders.

I know nothing about tools, but the set of hexagonal keys seem to be just the job for my son, who requested them for his birthday! Good correspondence and prompt delivery - highly recommended. Thank you

Made a £1200 order on 17/04 was told would be with me in 10 days, one month later still no sign of the delivery, dissapointed with the lack of communication from their side, phoned up to chase and the lady didn't seem slightly bothered and did not do anything to help - ended up cancelling my order and won't be ordering again!
