The after sales department at Sinclair JLR Swansea was superb. My car went in as a recovery and Rob the service manager dealt with it straight away. He listened to all my concerns and put my mind at rest, that despite the breakdown team telling me they couldn’t resolve or locate a part he would be able to and get it done at the quickest turnaround possible. The welcome I had when I stepped foot in the garage was second to none on collecting the car. Row was super helpful and friendly and thorough with going through all that had been rectified and Cameron came out to check in and make sure that I was happy with the after sales treatment. This garage treats their customers with the highest level of care and respect I’ve received from the garage and I am so grateful for all their help and support!

I purchased a used Land Rover Defender from Sinclair Land Rover in Swansea in December 2025, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The salesman, Paul Wright, was polite, friendly, and highly professional throughout the entire process. He consistently provided any information or documentation I requested quickly and clearly.

Paul also went above and beyond to ensure the vehicle was delivered before Christmas, which was no mean feat and very much appreciated. Even after the sale, his service has remained outstanding — he has continued to provide warranty and service documentation promptly whenever requested.

Having previously dealt with Jamie and the Swansea Sinclairs team 3 years ago and received excellent service, we weren’t sure it could be topped, but on collecting our new car today from Chey in Swansea, it has been.

He ensured the whole buying experience was brilliant with excellent communication, professionalism, we never felt pressured, he was incredibly easy do deal with. Upon handover he explained all the features of the car clearly, the gift was a great touch and the after care to touch base the following days to ensure everything was good, even helping with a set up change just makes us feel like a valued customer and not just a transaction.
