I recently purchased a Land Rover Discovery from Sinclair Ludlow and the whole process from start to finish has been an exceptional example of excellent customer service. I telephoned in the morning and very quickly and painlessly agreed a price with the sales manager Will. I was then contacted by James who made it all happen. I can’t praise James enough as he made the whole experience an efficient and pleasurable experience, something I wouldn’t normally say about buying a car. The showroom was some distance from me but worth the trip and when I collected the vehicle it was serviced and immaculate. Despite the travel I would undoubtedly return to Sinclair Ludlow for my next vehicle. First class all round - well done James.
