Hello i just want to share my experience, newer in my life was treated so rude by customer service !
Please if you can avoid this company if you don't want trouble for you.
99% they reject your application you newer get refunded for the amounts paid.
They just say call this then this number and you newer get your money back!!

They are an absolute rip off. I got them, because they claim to have e-Sims with internet. It subsequently has minimal coverage in the Netherlands and high fees for internet.
Their site is fully in Dutch and customer service is non-present, so it is very hard to cancel. If you do figure out how to cancel, which it took me several months, they still come with additional fees and threaten debt collection. Guess what, in this case they suddenly do have English services and respond to customer service emails. An absolute insult to the customer and stain on the reputation of Dutch telecom. Avoid at all costs and take legal action against them.

Although they claim Wifi calling, they do *not* support Wifi SMS that is vital for poor connectivity areas (misleading website), nor convenient payments from non-Dutch banks (no credit card support?!?), poor communication about late fees and extortionate late fees over 900% in 1 month! Avoid like the plague

This company is a scam. They offer cheap monthly internet usage. When you are comfortable with using them. They wait until you run out of data and DO NOT INFORM YOUR WHEN YOU DATA PLAN IS FINISHED. THEY THEN CHARGE YOU A DISGUSTING AMOUNT OVER.My plan ran out for 2 days. They charged me €205!!!!!!
They now offer the service to pay extra to be alerted when your plan is nearly over. 50 cent extra per month. So they know what they are doing and scamming people. The company is a joke

the process is very simple and clear. switching from another provider and keeping the phone number is super easy. installing the esim is also very straight forward. highly recommend.

Simyo has a polite customer service team that is completely powerless to do anything meaningful for the customers. The company actually treats their customers poorly and unfairly. If everything works exactly as advertised cool, but if anything goes wrong nobody cares and you will not see your money again. In order to improve Simyo should trust their own employees for a change and empower them to provide service.

After getting my eSIM 31 Jan '25 (Samsung Galaxy S 24+) despite all Tricks in the Book it wasn't working: no SMS received, could not set up my new (Business) WhatsApp Account. On Feb 02 '25 Mert of Simyo Support did help me with a lot of Patience and to her Best Ability. After we went thru the Simyo App --> SIMM then erase all (do this only on instructions of Customer Support!) and restarting the SmartPhone whereby in Airplane Mode on, Mert did upload the eSIM again. If you do see in the Menu above "Simyo" or "KPN" then it's all done! Also test the new eSIM by sending yourself a SMS or set up an WhatsApp Account for that Phone Number (meanwhile wait for the Code to confirm the WhatsApp Account!). Great Work Folks at Simyo over there!

Don't be fooled by their lower price. They have zero customer service and randomly charge fees for services which are NOT included in the plan. Travel to Canada with a Canadian sim card? Expect a 65 euro fee for turning ON ur phone on a non-authorized carrier. Good luck contacting support....

Prepaid esim has been deactivated, apparently emails were sent which ended in spam while commercial emails were not.
It does not make any sense to send emails instead of sms or both, it is like Simyo wants you to pay twice.
Phone provider not using the phone services for key notifications is just a joke
