I ordered a battery from Simply Wholesale, but it completely fails to hold a charge. When I reached out to customer support, they refused to acknowledge that the battery is faulty. Very disappointed with the product and the lack of support.
I ordered a battery, it arrived a month late, the items are not in Australia and therefore take a long time to arrive at their destination. The worst thing is that the battery does not work, they asked me for videos of the defect, they have not given me any news for days. Communication with them is slow, they respond with only one email every 24 hours but only on working days. I have not received a refund or a new battery.
