I needed a very tiny side table in my small apartment. The one I found on Hoobro was perfect. It was easy to assemble and came very quickly. I love it.

I have purchased two Hoobro products (82UZD01G1 and 13MB01) separately from a local auction site. I would not have purchased the second item had I known it was from this same company. The first item was a kitchen island/cabinet. As we progressed through assembly, we realized we were missing a piece. The item could not be assembled without that piece. I reached out to the company, asking for a replacement, offering to purchase the piece and pay for shipping. They refused. That piece of furniture is sitting in my living room, partially assembled. The second piece was a breadbox. I got to the last step assembly and realized that they had cut the grooves (necessary to hold the back pieces and the rolling panel in place) on the wrong side of the board. Again, no way to assemble the item so it is sitting on my counter. This company does not care about consumers. They make significant errors and refuse to correct them.

Price was great. Took a little over a week to arrive. Quality is pretty good!

I ordered a shoe rack for my house with the free shipping their policy said it would take one to two days to process the order and would typically arrive at my door between 7:00 and 8 business days later on business day number 10 I contacted the company to find out why my order had not even been picked much less shipped yet even though I paid almost 2 weeks ago and I was told by then that my address was not a real address which it clearly is somehow their system added my phone number to the end of the address and I was told that I had to verify that address to which my response was why was I not notified that there was a problem with my address how long were you guys going to let this sit here while you had my money without shipping this so I verified the address and they said tomorrow you will receive a tracking number and I said okay cool thank you well it's tomorrow I have no tracking number and now customer service is telling me that my payment method provides potential payment risks whatever that means because I've already paid the full amount to their company and it's cleared out of my bank so I don't understand what payment risk there could be when they already have my money I feel like this was a blatant scam to steal $70 from me do not use this website it's terrible their customer service is slow to respond and totally useless
