Terrible company, zero customer service. Recommend their site to 5 people for an event. Dress came in and didn’t fit correctly. Called to return for another and was told since the dress passed their 7 day, that’s right day, return policy that they wouldn’t accept it. What retailer doesn’t accept items back past 7 days. The lady on the phone was rude and could care less about me. Terrible company and terrible staff. I would stay away

Dress is Perfect!
I was skeptical of ordering a prom dress online but when it arrived it was neatly packed and looked EXACTLY like the pictures. The fabric is good quality and the sizing was very true to size!!

Horrible customer service.
I returned item and they refused to accept it. The quality was unacceptable and you wouldn’t wash your windows with. Avoid this company at all costs. Never again.

Absolutely horrible customer service. We called to confirm about measurement and sizes. We were given the wrong information due to lack of training in customer service. Dresses arrived way too small. Horrible customer service. Will never order from them again.
