Got dress for my girl friend as a surprise by the time she opened it (less than 2 week) we couldn't get a refund. Size was different from design.

Stay away they will cheat you out of money
My daughter bought a dress there for her 16th Birthday which is next month, but the dress doesn’t fit and we out of money!

I ordered 2 dresses on the 20th of…
I ordered 2 dresses on the 20th of September. According to the website, the dresses were scheduled to ship in 3 days which would mean they should have shipped either the 23rd or the 26th at the latest since the order was placed in the afternoon. Today is the 29th the dresses haven't shipped and customer service has no explanation. I've reached out by phone and can't get anyone. I've reached out using their customer contact form and have received what seems to be generic responses because they all say the same thing. Don't waste your time or money. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB. It's like they took my money with no intention to send the merchandise.

Absolute terrible customer service
Absolute terrible customer service. Took over 3 weeks too arrive. Dress was 3 sizes too big. This was brought for my wedding and as it took so long too arrive I was only 5 days away so I was frantically looking for another dress didn’t think I would have a problem returning but what would you know they only have a 7 day return policy.

Call to place my order using the store credit but no one answer, left a voice/email messages before contact via chat to find out that SimplyDresses went belly up and filled chapter11 so I lost my money....

I ordered a dress from Simply Dresses, it arrived quickly and the presentation of the order was amazing. The dress came in a box, on a hanger, covered in plastic.
The dress was beautiful - but too small.
The return process was amazingly simple and hassle free. I ordered a larger size and can’t wait to receive it!

Perfect Fit
This was my first time making a purchase with Simply Dresses. The dress arrived on time, as estimated. It had been packaged with care, and the dress was just as beautiful as in the picture. My daughter used the size chart and the dress is a perfect fit. She is wearing this for prom, but it could easily be used as a wedding dress or for a quinceanera. Absolutely beautiful!

Order was placed 4/9/2020 and have never received it or a refund. I have multiple emails promising me they would look into my complaint and did nothing. I still have not received my order or a refund and they went silent with responses to my emails. Order # OE-1957. They are a real rip off!

Horrible Return Policy
Daughter purchased dress. Did not fit and tried to return. Due to COVID-19, they were closed and could not be reached. Once they returned, for business, they said it was past their return time. VERY disappointed in their response during this unique time.
