Every step of the way my husband was kept informed by very respectful persons dealing with his mother’s cremation. At no time did he need to contact them as it was so professionally dealt with. His questions it seemed anticipated in advance. Would definitely recommend simplicity cremations .

Way too many negatives in the small print
I'm looking for a plan and trying to see beyond the glossy BS. Firstly I notice their website says "Do not rely on the information on this site" Well, that's a comforting start.
I also notice that cancellation, after the statutory period, is £300. That is three times what seems to be the normal cancellation charge- for little more than hitting a button I imagine.
I'm not sure if it is this firm that charges £35 a day for 'storage' after 14 days, those considering them might like to check further (perhaps they can advise) as I've seen enough not to go further, and on top of the fact that they are being looked at by the Regulators, to know they are not for me.
