Not to be trusted - especially when the manager Glen promises to rectify all the problems on the car you’ve brought and he doesn’t. I’ve emailed, called and he simply fobs you off. I’d go to a garage that actually respects their customers not treat them so badly. M son saved his money to buy this car, his first, sadly we chose this garage. Biggest mistake ever!

My Company has used them for many years but no more. The workshop and service staff are excellent, however despite us asking for aftermarket parts they continued to fit very high priced Citroen parts, their invoicing seemed to be made up as they went along with different prices for the same jobs and the person in their accounts department was arrogant and nasty, did not read our purchase terms of payment and was the worst advert for a garage you could have. We spent on average £5000 a year and we felt as if we did not matter.

Overall a good garage with friendly staff. To date never had a bad experience with them, only slight downfall is a tendency for your car not to be ready at the agreed time. However this is only minor as you are informed of any extra time required in advance.

Beware when you have a MOT on your vehicle!!
My vehicle failed on a 3rd High Level brake light? Which I was quoted a cost of around £130.00 to replace! I took further advice from 3 MOT centres and one National Service Centre, (NSC) all stated the High level brake light does not form part of MOT. So I decided to take my vehicle to reputable NSC and guess what, THE CAR PASSED with no advisories . The girl in the Service Dept was polite! It cost me another MOT fee at another reputable garage, but it was worth it, saved me £100 on the ridiculous replacement cost. Think twice about getting your MOT at SB. My car was serviced at SB no problem, but cancelled my monthly service plan - so no further business or a purchase of replacement vehicle.

Having issues with the blower on my vehicle, spoke to my local branch at Guisborough, female staff answered couldn't assist however done what she could to find out, phoned me back within ten minutes to tell me the master technician would look into my issue. Within a very short space of time, bearing in mind this was a phone call, technician has phoned me back, told am a possible solution and described how I can get to it and if have any further issues to ring them. Absolutely brilliant service
