My Poulsen 3/4 knock off took 3 months to arrive and when it did, it was poorly painted, bent, and lacked proper mounting hardware. Furthermore, like many cheap Chinese lighting fixtures, it only fits a candelabra sized bulb, which is very limiting, especially for a large fixture.

A great company, a great and kind customer service and a real stunning lamp. I love it. I will buy other articles and I surely advise and support SIMIG, great .

Review for Ping Lighting a subsidiary of Simig Lighting. No response on shipping update. Phone number on website does not lead to a legitimate company and you can't access your order through guest tracking. This company and its affiliates are garbage. Buyer beware!!!

I ordered lighting fixtures from this seller. After several days without shipment, I contacted them to ask about the delivery. Instead of providing clear updates, the seller kept delaying and gave inconsistent excuses.
Eventually, I agreed to accept alternative lighting fixtures, but those were also never shipped. To make matters worse, I have now lost access to my account on their website. They threw me out, to put it simply.
This seller has failed to deliver the products I paid for and has not fulfilled their obligations. I am therefore requesting a full refund through PayPal Buyer Protection.
